Sup guys, here's an upper body calisthenics workout for you. If you don't have equipment, use whatever the fuk is around LoL!!! AKA stairs and chairs 😂 watch and learn 👍🏻💪🏼😁
This workout I used half reps for all exercises to keep the blood flow in the muscle and activate the fibers continuously!! THIS SHIT KILLS!! Exercise 1- hanging inverted rows
Exercise 2- pullups
Exercise 3- elevated pushups close grip
(Emphasis on upper/middle chest)
Exercise 4- pike pushups

🔹SIDE PLANK KNEE DRIVES, 30 SECONDS EACH SIDE
🔹SPLIT SQUAT JUMPS, 30 SECONDS EACH SIDE
🔹CALF JUMPS, 45 SECONDS
This completes one round. Do four more rounds to finish the workout! Total time for this workout is 20-30 mins 🕑

Being in quarantine at the moment it’s a lot harder to train than usual so I bought a resistance band and grabbed a couple kettlebells and threw together a workout.🏋🏻♂️ This still felt as good as my normal workouts even with less equipment! I just slowed my reps when I needed to to up the intensity.😊💪🏼 I performed between 8-12 reps on these movements and did 4 sets
The exercises are -
4️⃣Single arm kettlebell rows
6️⃣Single arm kettlebell curls
- Resistance band curls - Hammer curls
The resistance band I’m using is a WIT fitness resistance power loop, it’s between 23-54kg resistance. I would recommend buying one for yourselves in this current time and it always come in handy after.💪🏼✅ As always stay consistent stay home.✅ Enjoy, share and save.📤 🎵 Music - Free spirit - Drake

So here’s the deal. Let’s do the April add-on! April’s 30/30 is to perform 30 squats and a plank each day. 💪
The squats may be completed with or without weights. And a variety of planks can be utilized.
You can break the squats down into shorter workouts if necessary.
If your job requires long hours of sitting, get up frequently and perform some squats.
Squats burn lots of calories and incorporate many muscles. Squat daily!
No...Visits to the bathroom don’t count! You can call it extra credit work if you like! 😂

PERFEKCIONISMUS. 👸🏻Já sama jsem s tímhle měla problém. 😬Zkrátka vždycky tady bude někdo, kdo má lepší /nohy/zadek/vlasy/můžete si doplnit cokoliv, bude lepší ve škole nebo v něčem jiném... nebo alespoň nám to tak bude připadat. 🤯
Pravda je taková, že opravdu nikdo není perfektní a každý má svoje slabiny. A víte co? Ty malé nedokonalosti z nás dělají to, kým jsme. 🙏🏻 Možná že právě ty nedokonalosti nás paradoxně dělají dokonalými. 🦋💫 .
Buďte vždy sami sebou a nesrovnávejte se s ostatními. Já vím, není to jednoduché, taky mi to nějakou dobu trvalo, ale teď? Teď jsem mnohem spokojenější a to, co z člověka vyzařuje taky ovlivňuje jak na okolí působí. 💖
