something about a winter sunrise by the sea.
sometimes people aren’t ready to see themselves.
real love is a mirror. to feel fully seen.
it’s startling to be seen when you haven’t yet discovered yourself
We had an ecologist stop by our house this morning to discuss noxious weeds and even handed us a packet on identification and control of these weeds. If you haven’t heard of these before, these are plants that are harmful to agriculture, ecosystems, and/or humans or livestock. This can decrease the amount of natural pollinators in your area.
P.S. these flowers are native to this area!
I wish I could stay in this moment just a little longer...
We could see rainstorms all around us during our sunset hike last night, but not one drop hit us.
I was joking around about the cliche sayings with storms and rainbows, and then this moment happened.
It sure felt like a perfect symbol for what we may all be feeling right now....
Storms are swarming all around, but in the middle of it all we are granted a moment of a breathtaking view to find some peace.
NEOWISE is absolutely the star of our night skies right now, but the Milky Way is still putting on a spectacular summer show. We went out on a warm evening this past Friday to witness some prime Milky Way conditions in East San Diego, which has been filled with stargazers and photographers for the past week. This night gave very little wind, completely clear skies and about three hours of shooting before the moon started to rise. #milkywaymonday
