I know it may seem like a small or even silly accomplishment but being able to tie my shoes without losing my breath or even having to hold my breath is something that I can do now. Every morning that I get up and put my shoes on and tie them with no trouble is another reminder that I am getting stronger, becoming healthier, and staying motivated. #myjourney#icandothis#roadtohealthy#roadtonomeds
I took a leap of faith yesterday and went for a relatively difficult walk especially after jarring my kneecap! For the first time in two weeks, I had the energy to do it, it’s gone now but I had it! It felt so good and it provided much catch up chat with the family. I have completed academic week five but zombie shuffled my way through last week and probably should have been off Thursday/Friday. I sound like a broken record so do apologise but still have no idea what I’m going to do regarding my job. It’s what I’m good at, it’s what I’ve worked so hard towards yet everyone I speak to is recommending that I give it up. I can’t do that but need to change something as my symptoms are much higher in the working environment and I’m hurting myself badly. Until I find a suitable alternative, I will continue 🤷🏻♀️ Anyway yesterday was such a beautiful day and I was able to enjoy it while exercising a little. Downhill is still way more difficult, I don’t feel safe/balanced coming down hill or stairs but it was accomplished 💪🏼 Today will be spent filling out the weekly organiser, studying and figuring out how I’m getting through next week. We are hopefully getting out somewhere pretty before a mini pamper and a bubble bath. I haven’t made it out of bed yet so we will see how that goes 🤞🏼 Wishing everyone a low symptom, positive Sunday ❤️ #functionalneurologicaldisorder#fnd#fndhope#fndawareness#endocrinedisorder#hypopituitarism#chronicillness#chronicpain#chronicfatigue#dysautonomia#myjourney#dysfunctional#mummy#work#study#scottishborders
Sunday morning chills ☕️ I’ve prepped the slow cooker with a beef stew for later on so tea is all sorted 🍴hoping this weather doesn’t get worse so we can still go for out walk this afternoon need some fresh air!
Still full from tea last night so a fruit plate and nice cuppa for breakfast while little man has his nap 💤
😂😂😂😂 -Haenz-

This was quite hard for me to post as I am no where near where I want to be however in the hard times you need to see how far you’ve come..... Between these two photos I have lost 17lbs and gained body confidence. Before I hated taking photos of myself or even my boyfriend taking photos of me.
I am not doing this for anyone but myself ✨
Ignore The Naysayers
I remember when I first started working out, the first time I did hip thrust, the guys told me that was a workout for girls only and gave me their reasons why I shouldn’t do them. For a while I believed them and was too embarrass to do it again because I listen to them. Eventually I learned more and more about the benefits of doing the hip thrust and overcame my fear of embarrassment. If I had listen to them I wouldn’t have discover that it’s one of my favorite leg day workout routine that I enjoy doing. I would have never realized how strong my legs actually are and how great they feel after I do this workout. Don’t ever listen to someone’s opinion because they don’t know how strong you are!!! FYI
Gentlemen’s do hip thrust because women like men’s with nice ass too!
Hip Thrust 8-12x 5
Leg Extension 8-12 x 5
Leg Press 8-12 x 4
Barbell Squat 8-12 x 4
I figure I'll introduce myself again because I've seen lots of newbies lately ☺️❤️ and I'm so excited about it. Say Hi and tell me about yourself!
I'm 25, and I live in Central Florida. I spend most of my time at the gym or annoying my husband 😂 jk he loves me. I have a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and currently a Personal Trainer/Group Exercise Instructor.
I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Hashimotos Hypothyroidism. Afew years ago I weighed 450lbs, had Type 2 Diabetes and could do very little physical activity without wanting to die. Through exercise and a change in diet I've currently lost around 150lbs, beat diabetes and past many physical obstacles I never imagined.
How do I know what workouts to do? It's my job! I spent too many years in school studying everything exercise. I create most of my workouts...or I find things on Youtube/IG.
Do you wish you could train with me, but live far away? I work with clients all the time virtually! Whether it's basic advice or a strict plan..I can help you or I can tell you where to go to get the help you need.
How did you gain flexibility? Lots of patience and persistence. I worked hard at it every day. I have an e-book all about Split flexibility available on my website and I'm currently working on my 2nd overall flexibility e-book.
What keeps me motivated? The feeling of being in control of my life. It feels good to get up and move..to put good things into my body. Not every day is easy, but it's always always worth it!
If you have any questions feel free to ask! I truly do love talking to all of you. ❤️
Made my bestfriend learn a quick Zumba choreo after taking my classes. She trieddd 🤷🏻♀️😩😂

My favorite part about the journey is the grind, the hustle, the work it’s self. I love the way it puts me in the right mind set. At times like today I felt my body wanting to quit on me, but my mind didn’t allow it to happen. I kept pushing past limitations and discomforts. No matter what obstacle gets in my way I’m going to over come no matter how long it takes me. I’m persistent, I’m dedicated, but most importantly I’m stubborn with it. I refuse to quit. #mindset#noexcuses#stayfocused#dedication#noquitinme#fuckobesity#myjourney

Happy Friday loves! These past weeks have been intense, crazy and stressful. But, I’m also feeling so much happiness and all the good vibes! 💛
I wanted to do a quick #fridayintroductions just because! Instead of sharing random facts, I want to share 3 things that I’m scared of & probably would never ever share. But you know, I’m always telling others “do one thing every day that scares you” by Eleanor Roosevelt.. so today I want to share 3 things that scare me! 😆
1. SHOWING MY FACE. I’ve always been so scared and nervous about recording myself on camera which is why I never wanted to show my face on Instagram + stories and YouTube. You always saw my hands for a reason, but this year, I’m super proud that I have been showing my face more than ever on social media and on my website! 💛
2. TAKING PHOTOS. I probably would have never posted this photo or taken this photo of me a few years ago because photos were just not my thing, but now photos mean everything! 💛
3. PUBLIC SPEAKING is such a scary thing and hosting my 1st workshop was such a scary thing, but what I have learned was, if you want to host a lettering workshop, just start and give it a try because you never know what will happen until you actually start! When I started doing more workshops, it became so much easier and comfortable. It just takes some time and patience, but if I can do this, so can you!!! Also, don’t worry about selling workshop seats because if I’m being honest, I have cancelled many workshops in the past especially this past August. Workshop seats will either sell or they won’t, but it’s important to still show up and give it your all for a workshop of 5 students or 20 students! Every moment matters! 💛
Soul wants you to know that you're closing out karmic cycles that have been operative for many lifetimes. Some of the recent cosmic configurations opened portals of vast transcendence. You may be experiencing alot of erratic past emotions, thoughts, memories and dreams. You may not even have any recollection or remembrance of what is surfacing, as it relates to a lifetime you have no awareness of. Despite how you feel at the moment, you're not stuck in a repetitive cycle. The karmic groundhog days are reaching the end of an era. .
As karmic debts are dissolved karmic merits can be received. Be aware of the old appearing in the new as old energies try to re-establish and re-attach. Don't succumb to familiarity and historical resonance. The new is completely new, new.
