This 2 ingredient exfoliator is simple but really effective, and will gently exfoliate your skin making it smoother and softer. It is also very good for dry and/or acne prone skin.
* 2 tbsp organic oatmeal
* 1 tbsp maple syrup (for non-vegan version you can use honey)
* a few drops of lemon juice (optional)
Grind oatmeal in a small bowl, add maple syrup and a few drops of lemon juice and mix it all together in a smooth, paste-like mixture. Apply mixture to your face with fingertips and massage gently for 1-2min, then let it on for 4-5min and rinse it off with warm water.
