#giliislands have been a nice experience! There are no traffic on the islands apart from cycles and horse carriages 🐴 this picture was taken just by the port where all the tourists arrive and depart from, there was time for another cigi before the next group of passangers 😁
Otranto. Italian “Far East”. Literally the most eastern Italian town. A fancy and convenient sea destination, 2 hours by car from Bari. The city center has been awarded as UNESCO world heritage. No other words are needed then.
Who wouldn’t love to be on one of those boats?

Girls trip 💃🏻💃🏾💃🏻 •
Thanks ladies for an amazing time in Vegas. We came, we saw, and we conquered (kinda 😆). Such an awesome way to end summer 🎲 ❤️ Happy first day of fall 🍂 🍁 •
Not only Florence has its “Ponte Vecchio” (“Old Bridge”). Bassano del Grappa - only 1 hour by car from Venice - is an old town, even older than the Roman Empire (certain remains are attributed to the XI century BC). Would you have ever imagined that?
Bassano del Grappa is also renowned for its “Grappa”, a fragrant, grape-based pomace brandy that contains between 35 to 60 percent alcohol by volume.
Who wouldn’t love to sip some “grappa” with this view?
What an amazing sky and night in Galifa, Spain! After a week of bad weather the day and night couldn’t have been nicer! This has been one of our favorite places so far on our trip in Europe, and you can see why!

Honestly, we've got a little case of the Monday blues...almost as blue as the ocean in these gorgeous shots off the Southern Coast of Portugal by @eugeniahangan.⠀
It definitely has something to do with the fact that it's almost October, but the weather still *feeling* like summer, that has the whole office reminiscing the longer, sunnier days of the months past. Seeing these dramatic cliffs and sandy beaches, combined with the fact that the Algarve region, photographed here, stays comfortably above the 70°F mark has us looking for cheap flights out to Portugal, and you should too. ⠀
Need more inspiration to start browsing flights? Maybe consider booking a 2-hour wine tasting cruise around the caves and shores in Algarve. Link in bio☝️⠀

"I came to the Greeks early, and I found answers in them. Greece's great men let all their acts turn on the immortality of the soul. We don't really act as if we believed in the soul's immortality and that's why we are where we are today."
Here is a short video of the visitor center area in the archeological site of Petra. As soon as you enter the site you’ll see ramps, handicapped restrooms, and park personnel to assist you at any time. If you watch the last part of my video you’ll see the start point of the trail to get to the Treasury. There is where you will have difficulty pushing your wheelchair yourself. Swipe to see photos of ramps and handicapped restrooms! Big thank you to my guide Hasam from @whyjordantours for sharing his knowledge about Petra and giving me a fun tour.🙏🏻 Ps. I had to choose golf car or the carriage. I chose carriage 🐴

While searching online for Petra’s accessibility I found a few sites where people in wheelchairs shared their concerns about visiting The Treasury. Most wheelchair users concerns are 1) wheelchair accessible restrooms on site, 2) ramps and 3)easy pathways. In 2018, my friend Aya Aghabi founder of @accessiblejordan traveled to Petra with 40 participants from Amman, 20 of which had various disabilities ranging from visual impairment to limited mobility. She partnered with the Majd initiative to write a report based on the reviews and recommendations of all the three groups of participants on how to improve the accessibility and experience of Petra for all people. The report was given to the Ministry of Tourism and antiquities and the higher council of people with disabilities so they can take the necessary steps to make Petra accessible. Well, it seems that the Ministry of Tourism did their work because the Petra museum and visitor center is so easy to roll for us. Let’s wait for more... 🙏🏻
