The girls new Saturday routine since MCO/CMCO. Leah attending her Zoom Life of Baha'u'llah's class with her friends from different parts of the world and Adele reading books that she picked. Today, Adele picked these 2 books to read and she said this poem is very relatable to how she is feeling now.
Let me show you who I am it takes away confusion yours and mine
Let me simply be me then I don't have to decide who you think I'm going to be
Let me make my choices it makes things so much easier because then I'm honest

Is your little one a bookworm? Harper adores reading, well looking at the pictures. One of her favourite things to do is sit in her room and look at her books. When @books2dooruk sent us some vouchers to spend on some books I had a very excited little girl. She chose some @bingbunny books to read and also these wipe clean books. She’s been learning her shapes and numbers, and loves wiping her writing off the page. There is such a huge range of books online, definitely worth a mooch on the website. If you spend £30 you can get free delivery too! •
This moment was definitely the highlight of my day... moments after showing E how to load up her water tube thing, she turned around, aimed it at her father @alexminor06 and began firing hahah she is a fast learner for sure! It always blows my mind that she is still only ONE!!! Not even 18 months yet BUT SHE WILL BE THIS WEEK!!! Oh how the time flies
There have been a lot of negatives that have resulted from this virus, but seeking the positive - I am grateful for the time that my husband and E’s father could be home with us without loss of vacation time or loss of pay... we both can see a positive change in E’s attitude and behavior as well since having both parents home ... Reminds us how important it is to be in our child’s life as often as we can ... Today was an amazing day, with great weather which gave us the opportunity to enjoy our diner outdoors again, followed by some water play ... focusing on the positive- today was a good day ❤️ #waterplaytime#newyard#getoutdoors#familytime#childrencraveinteraction#nevertooyoungtolearn#nevertoooldtoplay#stayourlittlegirl#wildsoul

A more floofy Happy on one of her first Structured Walks, shaping her Heel, at about 3 1/2 months old in our Puppy Basics Program few years ago. Why the #hermsprenger prong collar? No, she was not a relentless puller on leash but she had no clue someone was at the other end of the leash. She’d wander, zig zag, tug to meet dogs and people, occasionally bark, jump up and bite the leash as puppies do ,and just wander around. She controlled the walk. Mom and Dad knew she’d be big and wanted to give her a good start with handler awareness and help her become the best Happy she could be. She was always soft-prong collar training taught her pressure on and pressure off ( she learned quickly that her behavior controlled pressure on and off). The 2.25 prong collar offered the directional pressure she needed, a gentle communication tool to a puppy, taught with engagement and rewarded with her daily kibble- and lots of praise❤️. When taught correctly, the prong collar offers a more meaningful “No” for a puppy that jumped up on everyone. -
Training trains the dog, not the tools. But balanced training tools help communicate effectively with our puppies and adult dogs. So, don’t settle for less thinking your puppy will outgrow an inappropriate behavior. Maybe it will, maybe it won’t. Meet your dog where it is now. -
Cheers to her devoted family for all their follow-through over the years. Best family dog and getting better daily!-

Something amazing about teaching kids natural self care. They never go without help for issues they feel. If they want to calm down, or they don’t feel well. If they are hot from fever or something hurts. They always know mom has an answer. I would never use store bought oils on them because 100% pure just means there is pure oil in the bottle - not that there is ONLY pure oil in it. 3rd party testing commonly finds chemicals, mold, etc and I’m not risking that with these cuties. So we use DōTERRA. They never come back with issues cause they do 54 tests over the course if distilling and bottling. As safe as safe gets 😍 if you need some mama help I’d be happy to teach you. Let’s zoom and drink 🍷 you can learn some tricks now in my profile links 👍 #hippiemama#hippiekids#selfcaretips#healthykidsrecipes#nevertooyoungtolearn#mamashelpingmamas#naturalremedies#essentialoils101
“You are never too young to learn, never too old to change.” .
Every morning we recite one (two for Tina) Articles of Faith. (Swipe for video) I was planning on teaching Mauna later because I thought he was too young. (I also didn’t start teaching Tina until she was almost 4 years old). But Mauna insisted he practice, too especially if his sister was doing it. Lol. So for the past month or so I’d have him repeat after me, then it led to fill in the blank & this week he surprised me. This reminded me of the quote above. He’s definitely proof & he did show mommy that he’s not too young to learn. With my first, every month we’d choose one AofF for the month to practice. Every day we’d recite it once (sometimes while fixing her hair & as she got older before she went off to school). Tina eventually learned all AofF by the age of 5. I’m hoping to do the same with Mauna, but I think he’s definitely going to one up his sister. Lol. Tina recites them more so now, so I can help her understand them more, but I’m hoping we can challenge ourselves to learn them in Tongan. .
When I was younger I was challenged by my mom to learn all AofF before I got baptized. As much as I didn’t like doing it I learned and have a greater appreciation for them now. I remind Tina how learning them can help us improve our own understanding & the way we live our lives also, support us in teaching people about what we believe in. Every day I learn from my littles. They truly humble me & help me strive to be more like our Savior. I’m amazed at the effort & willingness they have to learn that inspire me to learn more, change, & progress. #ArticlesofFaith#Nevertooyoungtolearn#AlwaysroomforImprovement
Trying my best to make healthy swaps in some of my fave dishes for my family. Cooking helps me relax at the end of a day in front of the computer working remotely. How about you? Today it was a yummy lasagna with zucchini instead of pasta and ground turkey instead of beef. And it was SO good, even my kids loved it! Such a simple recipe with affordable ingredients (which is important for many families at this time in our lives during this pandemic). Try it out! Or share yours with me! #firstname.lastname@example.org@melphysed@mel_culinary_club@lazertefoods
