40 percent of our actions are not conscious decisions but habits. So habits are a big part of our life - and a lot of the time we don’t even notice it! I love using the weekend to reflect on my week. Here's a few questions that might be useful: .
How are my habits currently impacting my mental health? .
How are my habits currently impacting my physical health? .
How are my habits currently impacting my sleep, rest and recovery? .
How are my habits currently impacting my nutrition? .
How are my habits currently impacting my relationships? .
How are my habits currently impacting my drive, flexibility and choices? .
Our habits impact our behaviors and that also impacts our motivation towards the actions that we take. .
It’s great when we know our habits are having a positive impact. But what do you do when they actually have a negative impact and can sometimes be detrimental towards your goals? It’s important to ask yourself: .
What is that I am tolerating?
What about other people’s actions that I tolerate that can have a direct impact on me? .
Your Work-Environment matters to be productive and get into a "Zone". Your Environment matters hughly.
First and foremost: no distractions.
Turn your phone off.
Turn off the notifications of your email provider.
Close all irrelevant browser tabs.
Second: a clean office (especially your desk). So, leave your desk clean and empty, only with those things you really need right now.
Store everything else in boxes.
Give yourself some room to breathe and think.

El alma perdona, porque sabe muy bien que al hacerlo se libera de toda energía densa acumulada.
El ego es el que juzga sin saber, sin conocer, sin preguntar.
El alma solo conoce el amor y la UNIDAD.
El ego es el que le encanta los chismes, te dice que eso te va a llenar y el resultado final siempre será un gran vacío.
El alma no necesita llenarse con nada, ya está completa.

Going 53 weeks out of 53 weeks, 53four53, thats 53/53 weeks in a row where I do something creative, doing my yoga, stretches, meditation, cardio, and podcast, and I want to add something additional that creative, along side my Dayly Dose podcast like write music or drawing

Slowly but surely coming to terms with the fact that I won't be "stage lean" again for a while... My focus has slightly shifted and so has my physique💪🏼...
All I can say is a year ago, I would NOT have been okay with the little extra weight! But I know myself, I know my goals and what it takes to get there and I choose to embrace the fact! What else can you do? Sit there and destroy your self confidence until prep season comes back around? NO! It's call balance, it's called a lifestyle for a reason! I'm sorry to say but in order to grow muscle you cannot remain stage lean...
Instead of feeling uncomfortable in my own body I choose to focus on the fact that I'm able to lift heavy again and feel sore (I missed that feeling)... Just know that EVERY COMPETITOR goes through the struggle, you're not alone!!! 'In order to be your BEST you must get COMFORTABLE being UNCOMFORTABLE!'
Change is amazing and so are YOU! (Never forget that)... and if other people don't understand your journey, their opinion is non of your business! Just DO YOU BOO and get those GAINZ 💯👊💪🏼😏!!! #gains#biceps#flex#growgirl
