We all have those little things that make us beam with joy – and more often than not those things are not getting a pay rise or buying a new piece of clothing. Those things are the wind in your face on a blustery beach walk, the feeling of the grass between your toes on a summers day or, in my case, the satisfaction of scaling a rock face for the first time. It’s the little things that don’t cost anything that often bring us most joy. Let’s make more time for those things.
Be like a tree. Stay grounded. Turn over a new leaf. Bend before your break. Enjoy your unique natural beauty. Keep growing!
Amazing Japan 🇯🇵: did you know that the cider trees in this area at Hakone are already 300 years old? .
If you saw my stories the other day you got the full scoop on the bull... One of Amanda’s former patients from Florida, who we call “Grandpa Ron”, sends us guide books for each place we travel to. He also periodically sends me things that he wants me to carve for him. This is the latest request I’m working on for him. I’ll be framing this for him once it’s finished, and plan to do something special with it as well, just haven’t decided yet!
Nature is painting for us, day after day, pictures of infinite beauty. .
This photo captures the beautiful snow capped Mount Fuji 🗻, majestic red Hakone Shrine ⛩, Lake Ashi and the autumn 🍂 leaves 🍁 all in one frame at Hakone National Park, Japan. Took me a while to find the spot for this photo composition. 😍 .
Amazing 🇯🇵: Did you know that all public toilets in Japan are free for use? And they are super clean too? One time, after I peed at 7-11 toilet in Hakone, I saw some drips of urine on the floor from previous user. I used the toilet paper to wipe the floor and flushed away to help keep the floor clean. I was stunned by my own action too. Haha! 😂 I guess it is just that when you see everything so clean, you have this inner calling to also want to keep it clean. Amazing Japan! .
The nature is calling! And into the forest I run, to lose my mind and find my soul. .
Amazing Japan 🇯🇵 :
Did you know that you can hardly find a trash can / rubbish bin on the streets of Japan for people to throw rubbish? I have been having difficulty to find one. 😜Yet - the streets are so so so squeaky clean! 😍😍😍No sights of rubbish! Amazing Japan! .
Just a couple of beach bums taking over the streets of a sleepy surf town. Finding new ways to spend a day when the waves are flat is actually quite fun, who would’ve thought.
My backyard and my front view for a year & how did that become my home👣
Life is confusing & taking decisions used to stress me out. I did not know what I wanted to do after I finished my first university so... I went for a second university. I finished that as well and I was still in the same position. Worried sick that I do not have a concrete idea of what to do, professionally. So I decided to delay jumping into something just for the sake of it... again... I packed my backpack and I took off to South America with a return ticket for 1 year later, ready to spend the little that I managed to save during university working a student job. Ready to spend it all to go and let life show me my way. This thing about going traveling to discover yourself is not just a clichee. It's as life changing as it can get, at least for me it was... What I discovered is that I will never discover everything about myself, that search is infinite, and that's amazing. But settling for something that does not feel right, and does not excite me, is not an option. Life is too precious to waste it doing anything that I don't want to be doing. That year showed me so much about the lifestyle that I want to live, the career that I want to pursue, the people that I want to have around me and the person that I want to be. Continuing the search... 🧬
I’m already missing summer and the van life with @reepetite but in less than a month we will be under the sun ☀️ of Morocco once again, we can’t wait!⠀
Who between you have been or want to go to Morocco?⠀
This time we will also visit Chefchaouen for the first time 🤩⠀
Looking to take a long weekend in a couple weeks but too many places to decide between. Southern Oregon/Nor Cal coast, north cascades/BC, glacier NP, somewhere else? where would you go?

We are in love with Scotland! 🏴 Exploring these glorious landscapes has been our dream since the past two years. Finally being here still feels surreal for us. We have arrived here later than initially planned, but the brilliant autumn shades, make us feel like we came just on time. Now we just pray that the weather will stay somewhat dry🤞Check out what was for lunch at this beautiful spot in today’s stories 🤤

"La semaine on bosse mais le week-end il faut profiter un peu du combi. C’est comme une cabane sur roues, on la pose ou on veut et on se détend.. 😌⠀
We might be busy during the week but on weekends we go out and have a good time in our camper. It’s like a mobile tree house where you can relax 😌"
Pulling test prints of the bull today! I’ve got fun plans for this guy and hope to have him on my site next week.🐮

"How it all started, over 4 years ago... 🚐 Today we said goodbye to our very first home and I can’t help but feel slightly sentimental ✨ All our favourite days were a lot like this one - free camping along the beach soaking up a new part of the Australian coastline 🙌🏽 (and of course making a massive mess cooking in the van 😻😂)!!!"

It’s no question that Instagram has changed the way we travel and has had a significant impact on the tourism industry. Now more than ever, you’re one click away from finding the most “instagrammable” locations. Bali tourism thrives off of Instagram. If you’ve ever been, you know what I mean. There are “selfie stations” everywhere, like this bird’s nest photo. Bali is literally an instagrammer’s paradise. For me, Instagram has become a great source of discovery and inspiration for my next adventure. If there’s anything I’ve learned during my trip, it’s to look beyond the most “Instagrammable” spots and spend more time enjoyng the moment I’m in while being more mindful of the places I visit. -
If you like my photo, don't forget to follow me, thanks for your likes and comments, i appreciate it.

Ain’t that the truth.🙌 I just received this in the mail as a new member of @peopleofprint . It’s a nice reminder that there are creators of all kinds in the print community, and that print has some seriously endless possibilities. #printisntdead

THESE are the Sunday vibes I’m after! It’s amazing how much I’ve changed this year. I still love nice hotels, but I’d pick a van any day. With 180° bedroom views like this, how can you resist?! 🌿🚐
