When I was stable and happy 😃 I miss the adventures we had friend, when you asked me to take pictures of you par couring up high and I felt like that was freedom, I hope you’re alive and okay Isaiah 🥴 #nostalgic
I wish if could get stay here #forever . Slience is best enjoyed when you're alone in the lap of nature. Thinking about the moments that has already passed and the moments that you are going to create in future. #nostalgic
Gotta be my favourite song by Masaaki Kishibe, the master of sweet songs. I love his take on ballads, his melodies seem to really pave the way to the heart. This song is called Hana, which means Flower. You can feel almost parched on a petal when hearing this song. Enjoy.
Goulash hit the spot tonight! This is like a childhood memory brought to life. I don't think I've had goulash since middle school when mom my was a struggling, single parent.
2 lbs. ground beef
1lb. Macaroni style pasta
2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
2 15 oz cans of tomato sauce
1 bunch of scallions
5-7 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp salt
1 drop Thyme essential oil
1 drop Oregano essential oil
1 drop Rosemary essential oil
1 drop Cumin essential oil
1 toothpick swirl Pink Pepper essential oil
*additional salt to taste optional
Fill a stock pot with 6 cups water, a pinch of salt and a splash of cooking oil, I use grapeseed oil. Cook over high heat until boiling. Add pasta and cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
Drain, rinse with cold water (to prevent further cooking) and set aside.
Brown ground beef. While meat is browning mince garlic cloves and thinly slice scallions. If using a fattier ground meat you may need to drain excess grease before proceeding.
Next, add in both cans of tomatoes and both cans of tomato sauce. Toss in sliced scallions and stir.
Take your 2 tbsp of salt and add in each of the essential oils in a small condiment bowl or dish to safely infuse without worrying of over dropping oils and ruining the dish. Stir salt around to evenly incorporate oils before adding into the beef mixture. Once well mixed add EO infused salt and cooked pasta into the beef mixture, stir well and let simmer 5 minutes.
If you prefer a saltier flavor then salt at the table. 😊 ***You could always sub gluten free pasta for specialized dietary needs.
***An added bonus of using essential oils for flavoring versus jars of seasoning is the lack of gluten exposure through anti-caking agents used in a lot of spices out there!
