See the forest staring at every seed.
Angels in the marble waiting to be freed.
Just need love.
Just need love, when the going is rough saying.
We're gonna get it, get it together right now.
Gonna get it, get it together somehow.
Gonna get it, get it together and flower.

Living with it, Showing up & doing stuff takes strength most people will never understand.
The last couple days have been rough dealing with my on & off panic attacks. Normally, I can shake it off but this time wasn’t that easy.
I would just keep it in & not admit to what I’m dealing with.
I am completely open about it. I have found that meditation/yoga to be super helpful these last few days. ✨
Today, Kevin took me to my happy place to relax & enjoy the outdoors. Best advice when you feel off is to go outside, do what makes you happy & spend time with people who lift you up. 💕
Ps: Thank you @coachkev_fit for always being by my side, I love you! 😘
What a productive Saturday! Went on a 20 mile bike ride with two old friends which was such a great workout and fun catchup. After a quick break, we went to test drive 4 different car brands. It was super tiring but I felt like I got a really good idea of what cars I like and we just have to figure out what tier is right for us. Now I’m getting an apple pie ready, trying for an apple rose for the first time ever so we’ll see how that goes!!
Last week, my sister raved about a magical sunset at White Sands (yeah, I know we need to be better at coordinating). Tonight's sunset didn't bring the spectacular pinks I was hoping for, but let's be real: if this is a "poor" sunset, then life is pretty good.
As we moved beyond the village and passing Navajo and Fifty Foot falls, we began to hear the roar of what we thought we knew of the masterpiece we were about to encounter. .⠀ The pièce de résistance •

These (among many others) are comments I no longer see on my posts. It’s not that they aren’t being written, but I don’t see them and neither does my audience. That’s because I take full advantage of the comment filter tool in the settings of this app. I do this for my own sanity and emotional wellbeing. I learned a long time ago that when it comes to social media you have to develop thick skin and learn to let peoples opinions and comments roll off your back. And that’s not NOT true, but I hated feeling like it was my job to just... get used to it. So I decided I didn’t have to, and now I have a gigantic list of derogatory names and negative comments listed in the comment filters. So someone can still leave them on my posts, but only they will see it.
This is one of the many pieces of advice I give in the online course I took part in. My chapter (if you can’t tell) is on Social Media and how to navigate it in a healthier way.
