I can’t wait to come back here when it’s not all rainy and foggy.

Y’all Florida is so bipolar. I guess you don’t realize how much weather can affect your mood until it’s warm and sunny for the first time in a long time and you feel the weight of seasonal depression lift from your shoulders.
The past couple weeks it’s gone from cold, to hot, to the past 2 days being gloomy and rainy. The ground is still wet from yesterdays rain.
I am so grateful for one cup of happiness a day, keeping the blues away, because I used to have SAD ( seasonal affective disorder )but now I suffer from Happy, and I could get used to that. 😁🦄 Who else suffers from seasonal mood changes like Florida and myself lol? 🙋🏽♀️

I cannot even begin to express how joyful I feel today to have FINALLY graduated from UM with my B.S. in health and human performance. I am a first generation college student in my family and this has been a long and challenging road for me but I made it! Through lots of stress, little sleep, and learned time management here we are. Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout the years 🎓🍾 🎉
Happy Saturday ☀️ So, I love travel. But for most of us, doing so regularly just isn’t all that feasible. So I’ve learned to transport myself through music & through food. Today I brought a little sunshine to a frigid day with some merengue and an attempt at arepas. Just food for thought. At least it’s something! Now, back to the tundra... 🥶
CONGRATULATIONS🥳🎉 to my beautiful best friend @shaniaparker for graduating with her Bachelors in Health and Human Performance.🎓 i am so proud of you! you have worked so incredibly hard to get here & deserve all the recognition and love in the world for your accomplishments. i can’t wait to see the next chapter of your life unfold💓
Ain’t no queen like a DNF Queen. Took a wrong turn following Santa and another runner. Called it a day at mile 23 since I didn’t want to backtrack to get back on course. Coughing like a maniac and said f*ck it, I’m going home to have a beer 🤣
2019 I would expect nothing less from you, you filthy animal! But I had a blast and an awesome run, so I’m happy. Now it’s time for Christmas movies, hot cocoa and cookies with my kiddos!! Happy Saturday y’all!
Bring on the ❄️ ... looking at the weather and seeing snowflakes across the board has me feeling some type of way. With living in areas that snow is unavoidable, I learned to change my mind set to the cold and adapt. I found a way to love the season and still feed my adventure bug. If I can do it, you can too!! 🏂
When the big road falls apart
And you think that the feeling will linger
You need somewhere to start
I will be here
And when it all seems to fall apart
You can't breathe
You don't know what you're thinking
You need somewhere to start
I will be here #ily#fbf
So much to be thankful for. So much love to give 🌎 Beautiful place to visit! Two stage waterfall, 260 feet high 👌🏽

When I was 17 years old I got my first tattoo. I gathered up enough strength to walk up to the tattoo place, hand the artist my ID clearly saying I wasn’t 18 yet and ask for a tattoo of the word “fearless” on the inside of my middle finger. Truth be told I think I had so much conviction that the artist didn’t even question my age enough to look at the ID. He just made a photocopy and took me back to the chair.
I laugh a bit about this now because nearly 12 years later I know that the fearlessness I was searching for doesn’t actually exist. At the time I was searching for a reminder when I wanted to hit a big jump on my snowboard that I was going to be ok... that I “had it”... and being fearless seemed like the solution....
Here’s what I’ve learned though, fear isn’t the problem and it isn’t going anywhere. While I’ll likely never hit a big jump on my board ever again the fear comes up in other places... letting go of a “safe” career to follow my heart... public speaking... pouring my heart into words and putting it out there for the world to see and judge... making big scary steps towards goals with the total possibility of failing...
Sometimes our fears protect us... physiologically they’re designed to keep us alive. But more often than not these fears bubble up and we give them so much power that we stay small... and we play small with our lives...
I wish I could tell you that becoming fearless is the answer... I really do. But in reality I think what we are looking for when we seek to be fearless is actually strength... it’s courage. In a momentary boost of courage we can make a small decision that changes the whole trajectory of our lives... even if it’s just to prove to ourselves, for once, we are stronger then we think we are.
So cheers to being brave. Cheers to looking at that “thing” whatever it is and taking a big breath and saying, “I’ve got this”. Cheers to fear... and cheers to courage.

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten more “Where are your boots from?” comments or DMs about any other pair of shoes before. I swear I could write a caption where I pour my heart out but if I’m wearing these bad boys I’ll get WAY more comments about my boots than about anything I wrote lol
It’s ok, I don’t blame you. They are pretty cute. These boots are called the Everson from @bionicashoes and I’ve ended up wearing them almost every day since I got them. They have become my go-to’s for a few reasons:
First is their functionality (of course). They are fully waterproof and have great tread which is ESSENTIAL if you are living in the mountains in the winter! Second is the style. They go well with pretty much anything… from what I wear to yoga to what I wear out to dinner... casual or a little dressier. And lastly, the convenience/comfort. They are the comfiest booties I own AND they have a zipper on the inside so they are SUPER easy to take on and off. This may seem like a small thing but when I’m running out the door quickly (which is most of the time) I always end up choosing what’s easy.
I know the holidays are coming up quick so if you are looking for a great gift idea or maybe a little gift to yourself feel free to use the code “arielle20” for 20% your entire @bionicashoes order. I love how many of you have sent me pics of your “Arielle Inspired” gear/outfits. Are any of you going to be twinning with me? (photo by @photograferg) #bionicaventures#bionicapartner

Now that we finally have some snow on the mountains, this is what Mason will look like for the next couple months 😂☃️
I get asked a lot about how I afford to travel all the time and what I do for a living — here’s my story: ⠀ ⠀
I started this Instagram account when I was in university in 2016 as a fun way to share my travel photos when I was studying abroad. It was nothing more than a distraction from the senioritis I was feeling on the last leg of university. However, starting that account in the OG days of Instagram, I gained a small following on it! I got asked to do some brand deals in the early days, but right before I graduated I also snagged an online project management gig, where I was remotely managing a brand’s social media and blog. That was enough to convince me not to take on a “real job” right away and instead go on a trip to SE Asia. One thing led to another and I never really stopped traveling 🙈. About a year ago, I quit my online job and fully jumped into working and as a content creator. My full time career right now is content creation. I work with and bring brands all over the world with me. I share them on this platform, as well as create content that they use for themselves. It’s an exciting concept to work for myself while simultaneously being able to share my creativity and passion for adventure on this platform. It’s an interesting career that I never thought I’d be in, but I’m addicted to the freedom it provides. I hope that gives some clarity haha 😌
