Passion is the corner stone of finding happiness in what you do, your art, your hustle. Passion drives us, even when we feel like giving up. It's a long and hard road to the finish line. It's those with passion that make it to the end. This is my passion.
Starting tomorrow until my next competition, I will be following a meal plan; I have to thank my coach @jared_feather for helping me through this process. As an athlete, the best I can do is to follow directions and be coachable!
Now before you ask, let me explain.
Dieting to lose fat isn’t the same as dieting to step on a bodybuilding stage.
To lose body fat and keep most of your muscle, in reality, you only need a calorie deficit, get in enough protein, train smart, and, of course, keep an eye on your sleep/stress levels.
Dieting for a bodybuilding show is much more complicated than that. You need to focus on many other factors to bring your best package to the stage! You have to take more serious things like meal timing, food sources, how well you react to certain foods, etc.
