How is it already July?! Does anyone else feel like it’s still the end of spring/ early summer?
Well I mean, I guess we were all stuck in a vortex and skipped over that part of the year!
Anyways, I’ve been so happy to be back at the salon! I missed hearing about all my clients events, parties, weddings, and graduations!
My July books are completely filled up.
Scheduling August appointments!

Breakfast of champs🤩
Roasted Potatoes, cooked soyrizo from @elburritosoyfoods, avocado, tomatoes, feta cheese, green onions, and a fried egg🥰
ate this with some raspberries, marionberries, and boysenberries I hand picked from @columbiafarms
the perfect meal✨
Light 💡: these babies love them some high indirect sunlight, they can tolerate an hour or two of direct sunlight, but don’t get crazy. I’m putting this one about 2 feet away from my west facing window which has a delay in evening sun due to my overhang on my covered balcony.
Water 🚿: give them a good soak until water runs through the drainage hole. I typically just put my finger 2” into the media to check moisture. If it’s wet let it set, if it’s dry... girl don’t let it cry, give it some water.
Media 💩: again with these, I’ll use my mix of 1/2 part all purpose soil, 1 part cactus mix, 1 part orchid mix, and 1 part perlite for a happy airy mix which prevents root rot.
Feeding 🍽: once a month during growing seasons, give an even level feeding mixture. I prefer a water soluble option, but if it’s a synthetic fertilizer, half what the label recommends.
Inner wellness can affect the health of your skin which is why I love taking tinctures. Tinctures are plant supplements made by soaking the bark, berries, leaves, or roots of plants in some sort of solvent. One of my favorites that I take every morning is the 𝑫𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝑮𝒍𝒐𝒘 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒏 𝑻𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒄. It’s an antioxidant rich adaptogenic supplement that supports collagen production with a high-pack of naturally occurring Vitamin C, the necessary building block to collagen production. It works to boost your overall nutrition, support channels of elimination (digestive, lymphatic, hepatic) that when struggling can manifest in the skin, and build resilience to the stress of free-radicals. Made with Schisandra, Goji Berry, Red Raspberry Leaf, Ashwagandha, Calendula, Glycerin and water. // $18 per tincture
I also carry the 𝙇𝙖𝙮 𝙇𝙤𝙬 𝙎𝙡𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙞𝙙, 𝙂𝙪𝙩 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝘽𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝘿𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙇𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘼𝙙𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙘 𝙉𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙚 in studio! Schedule a product pick up or snag one during your next appointment.

#fermented#garlic is at the base of much of what we do here. It’s the base of our #vegan#aioli as well as many of our dishes. This is how it all starts!

Introducing the next installment in our Employee Special Series (registered trademark of Jojo Corp, a Subsidiary of Seaworld Entertainment, whomp's ownership can be traced to the Saudi Royal Family if you follow the money). Anyway.
This sandwich is the brainchild of Manuel, a true maestro of the kitchen. It's a fajita fried chicken sandwich with charred peppers and onions, tapatio crema, guacamole, cotija, shredded lettuce, and smoked pepper relish if you want it spicy.
We will be sending 10% of proceeds from the special to Manny's family back in Mexico so they can flex on their haters.
Congratulations to @caferowan for the beautiful new shop that opened today! I had a chance to meet Spencer and the team yesterday and they are eager to have you! Show them some love ☕️☕️☕️

There’s just something about a sandwich. I used to be such a sandwich girl and although I don’t eat them as often as I used to, I still appreciate a nice, hefty sandwich like this.
Growing up in Portland, I always loved going to @newseasonsmarket for their hot food bar, amazing soup selections, build your own wok bar, and their build your own sandwich bar. It was such a classic lunch spot back when I was in high school, and I definitely spent WAY too much money on all of the delicious food that New Seasons has to offer 😂
After going on a hike with my cousin the other day, I decided to stop at @newseasonsmarket to get this beautiful sandwich. Here’s what’s on it:
• herb roasted chicken breast 🍗
• havarti 🧀
• lettuce 🥬
• cucumber (I asked for tomato but somehow ended up with this instead 😂) 🥒
• red onion 🧅
• mama lil’s peppers 🌶
• avocado 🥑
• vegan chipotle aioli
• dijon mustard
I THINK I got it on a ciabatta roll, and I got a pickle spear on the side - so yummy! 😋
I also had to get some @kettlebrand jalapeño chips because I personally need the crunch of a chip to go along with every bite of my sandwich 😂
What’s your go-to sandwich spot/order? 😛
