When you’re in the flow state you use very little brain energy which means you can work and not even notice the time pass by. You don’t seem to get tired... The work just flows out of you.. Do you get into the flow state while you’re creating your masterpiece?

Healing Circles, Solo exhibition @sullivanstrumpf Sydney closes 23 Sep.
Thank you everyone who have have been supporting with my journey to slow down ... 🙇♀️ - - -
Circle drawing has become a focus for me as part of my ongoing interest in nature/nurture. The circle with a center is like a cell, one of the basic building blocks of living things. In my experimentation with this art form, I have been fascinated by the energy generated by the meditative act of circle drawing. As the speed of life has increased dramatically, so too has the rate of reported anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Mindfulness has become a common term, but for many, taking the time to slow down and focus the mind amidst all the demands and distractions of contemporary life seems difficult to achieve. Many research studies have also shown how the meditative activity of focusing on drawing in this way can have a positive impact, through creating space to slow down, focusing the mind and body on one thing, and disrupting negative thought patterns. Working with the healing colour palette, creating these drawings evokes a sense of calm and positivity.
Through this series, I have explored the potential for circle drawing to contribute to building resilience within myself. My hope is that Healing Circles will also create a moment of calm and positive energy for all who engage. 📷 @aaronothing

The nest is officially empty. Beyoncé took her last breath a few days ago, and she was a fierce strong independent being. All my rescue babies have passed away this year. The love I have felt for all my girls has been deep. It’s been a year learning about death for me, and somehow has been one of the most profound gifts of my life thus far.
I am beyond honored to have played mama for all these incredible kind animals, and will continue to spread the word without them, reminding us all how important it is to love and protect all living beings.
*if you feel you “NEED” to eat meat, please make sure it’s PASTURE RAISED. Nevermind the “organic cage free” bs. That’s all none sense. It must say pasture raised- and best from your local farmers market.
RIP Beyoncé: your life touched a lot of people. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
