Wʜᴇʀᴇ ᴇᴠᴇʀʏᴛʜɪɴɢ sᴛᴀʀᴛᴇᴅ ✨
Okay, this is honestly a premiere for me - to post an image from my journey through New Zealand before I even started photography.
This image was a JPG taken with a shitty camera in automatic mode. And I’m sooo glad that it turned out well, I love it for some reason.
Unfortunately that’s the only image I’m willing to share here because my kills back then were 0 and so do the rest of my images look like - good reason to come back.
But exactly THIS is the reason I got into photography AND the reason that I started to enjoy traveling so much. It had a huge impact on my mindset and how I see things in life, so it is a really important image to me.
I still get emotional to think back and realize how some decisions changed my life upside down and let to something absolutely incredible.
So don’t be scared of decisions that you’re thinking of making, sometimes it’s necessary to jump into the cold water. Listen to your guts because they usually tell you pretty well what you really desire.
What was your biggest life decision so far? 🙈

The Great Wall of China is the collective name of a series of fortification systems generally built across the historical northern borders of China to protect and consolidate territories of Chinese states and empires against various nomadic groups of the steppe and their polities.
Apart from defense, other purposes of the Great Wall have included border controls, allowing the imposition of duties on goods transported along the Silk Road, regulation or encouragement of trade and the control of immigration and emigration. Furthermore, the defensive characteristics of the Great Wall were enhanced by the construction of watch towers, troop barracks, garrison stations, signaling capabilities through the means of smoke or fire, and the fact that the path of the Great Wall also served as a transportation corridor. Today, the defensive system of the Great Wall is generally recognized as one of the most impressive architectural feats in history.
