My trip to Clifton wouldn’t have been complete if I hadn’t popped in to @eastvillagebristol ! It’s such a cute cafe with a fab selection of vegan food and they also sell beautiful gifts so obviously HAD to take a look around!
I picked up an almond croissant to go although there was outside seating if you wanted to watch the world go by whilst eating delicious vegan food.
I warmed it up a little this morning and served with homemade jam although didn’t actually eat any of my jam as the croissant on its own was 👌🏻

Smoothie Bowls are the reason why I'll never be eating store bought "breakfast cereal" again. So easy and packed with all the good stuff you need to start your day. This recipe is only a guide, the options really are endless when it comes to smoothie bowls. For more crunch, add your favourite granola or nuts, and No...you can't taste the kale, the sweetness of the Medjool Date takes care of that. The base is both sweet and satisfying!
40g Kale (3-4 stalks)
1 Medjool Date
1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
1 Tbsp Ground Chia Seeds
2 Ice Cubes
1/2 Cup Nut Milk (I used Alpro Plant Protein)
To a blender add Smoothie Base ingredients, the type of blender you have will determine the consistency of the base. Likewise, monitor the amount of Milk you use, this will also affect the consistency. I prefer mine a little thicker.
After blending for a minute or two pour the base into a bowl and dress with toppings.

**This meal is another first for me! It was literally inspired by my random taste for something spicy 😂 I doubted myself at first, because I thought I would have to buy groceries to make it. Turns out, this was a meal I had the perfect stuff for already! Spaghetti noodles for ramen, who would’ve thought!**
Receita de Hambúrguer de grão-de-bico com brócolis. 🌱⠀
180g de grão-de-bico cozido, aproximadamente 1 + 1/2 xícara ⠀
1 + 1/2 xícara de brócolis picado (eu usei cru, mas da de usar cozido tb)
1 colher de sopa cheia de tahine (pasta de gergelim) se não tiver não tem problema, da para fazer sem ele.⠀
3 colheres de azeite de oliva ⠀
4 colheres cheias de aveia em flocos. ⠀
1 colher de sopa de suco de limão ⠀
Sal e temperos a gosto. ⠀
Processe tudo até virar uma massa. Molde hambúrgueres e leve em uma frigideira antiaderente untada com azeite de oliva. Vá virando ele até ficar bem douradinho dos dois lados. Fica uma delícia, ótimo para um jantarzinho mais leve 🍃🍃🍃
