Dear friends, I hope you're enjoying the weekend, but if for some reason you're not, here's a #neonsignvideo to cheer you up!
I titled it #loveyoursef to remind everyone (myself included) how important #selfcare is and how everything starts within us.
If we don't love ourselves first, we can't expect others to do it.
If we don't do all those things that make us happy, we can't expect others to bring joy into our life.
It's up to you to love yourself!
It's up to you to look for joyful moments!
Don't wait for others to deliver you what only you can give yourself!
Don't give them this huge responsibility and most of all, don't blame them for not being able to make you happy! That's your job and until you understand this, you'll never be happy!
Now go, pamper yourself a little, do something you love, give yourself a chance to smile!
Happiness is contagious!
Happy people make the world a better place! And God knows how much we need them, how much this world needs them!
This is Pura Tirta Empul, a Hindu Balinese water temple (one of the many beautiful temples and holy places scattered around Bali), not far from Ubud. I took this picture when I was there, about a year ago. The temple is famous for its holy spring waters and Balinese Hindus visit it regualrly for ritual purification.
The need for rituals is embedded in us, it gives us comfort, courage, peace.
Having our own rituals is a good way to practice self care, it helps creating the mood or atmosphere we need to go by our day. A small ritual is like a prayer, not necessarily to a God, but more to ourselves, it's a celebration of life, our own life. For someone is lighting candles at night, for others is preparing a special drink or food, for others is a sequence of actions at a specific time of the day.
What are you "rituals"?
What's the meaning behind them?
How do you feel when you perform them?
Share it in the comments below!
Thank you for reading until the end, have a lovely weekend wherever you are,
A healthy body.
A bright mind.
A peaceful, wealthy country to live in.
A loving family.
A set of unique skills.
Sounds like a blessing, so much luck, so many gifts...
This is you.
This is your life.
Take it, it's yours.
What are you doing with it?
The time has come.
No more sleeping.
No more hiding from the truth.
No more pretending to be who you're not.
No more trying to fit in when you don't.
No more acting like you care when you don't or like you don't when you do.
No more procrastinating what needs to be done now.
No more looking away or plugging your ears.
No more running fast nowhere.
No more looking outward to avoid looking inward.
The time has come.
Your life is here and now.
Have the courage to be yourself and watch as the Universe presents you with the right opportunities.
Be yourself and watch as your life becomes the adventure you've always longed for.
Be yourself and see the wrong people moving away, while the right ones appear.
Be yourself and see your path becoming clearer and inevitable.
You feel free, you feel light, you feel invincible, you feel home.
Be yourself, see what happens.
What happens when you allow yourself to be just you? How do you feel? How does the world react? Share your thoughts and experience in the comments down below, I'd love to know.
Between. Look. Beauty's there if you want to see it.

Everyone has a superpower!
That special "something" only you do, know or are so good at.
Don't just "like" this post, share your superpower in the comments below!
Acknowledge the gifts you were given, celebrate them and use them to make your and other people's life better.
If you don't know what your superpower is, ask your friends, family, or coworkers, they'll tell you!
People are waiting for you to share it, so go ahead and don't be shy!
I'll start: mine is memory! I have a super memory! I remember everything and family/friends always ask me, because they know I'll know it!!
So, up to you now! Share it in the comments below (and with whoever needs it!) Chiara🎐
We tend to overestimate how much time we have in one day and plan too much.
We look at our future and tell ourselves "one day" we'll do all those things we don't have time to do now.
The truth is we don't know how much time we have. I don't mean to say this in an ominous way, not at all. I simply think we can make better use of our time.
Do more of what makes us happy, say the things we want to say, visit the places we long to see, stop waiting for the "right occasion" to wear a dress or the "right moment" to start something new.
If this makes you sad, it's definitely time you start making better use of your own time.
What's that one thing you don't want to postpone anymore?
Today is the right occasion to...?
Thoughts and comments appreciated!
The past is gone and can't be changed.
The future has yet to come and can't be predicted.
All we have is the present.
All we have is now.
No regrets for the past.
No worries for the future.
Only presence in the now.
Stay in the moment.
Don't miss out on your life by looking behind or too far ahead.
And if you can't find anyone who fan your flames, just go your own way. Do what you love, follow your instincts and the right souls will appear into your life. Let go of those who rain on your parade, let them be. Set your life on fire, live, live, live, that's what we're here for.
Rainy day today. Sharing this to remind me of how much I love it when it first snows. I am thinking of where my what's next is going to happen and though going outside in flip flops year round sounds very appealing, I would really miss this.

I wonder if anyone else noticed how beautiful the sunset was last night.

Play, just like you did as a child.
Allow yourself to be silly, run, jump, climb on a tree, draw, laugh.
Create, make something from scratch, use your hands, your imagination, your voice.
Inspire, surprise yourself with the things you didn't know or remember you could do. Share it with others, so that they too, can feel inspired to play and create.
What games do you like to play?
What do you like (or would like) to create?
What and who inspires you? And who did you inspire? Share your thoughts in comments below, don't be shy!
You don't have to stretch yourself thin to accommodate other people's needs.
You don't have to commit to projects you don't have time for.
You don't have to take part in anything you're not really interested in.
You don't have to do things you don't have the energy for.
Just say no.
I hope this message came to you at the right time, have a lovely evening wherever you are.
Sometimes it's hard to make sense of what happens in our life.
We look for explanations, we blame others or ourselves.
We think it's all about luck, or chaos, or destiny.
Then one day, years after that very moment, we see it.
We connect all the dots.
The puzzle is complete, the picture is clear.
Now it makes sense.
Has it ever happened to you?
Share your thoughts in the comments below.
Have a lovely day wherever you are,
Playing with neon signs. Again.
Can't help it.
Allow yourself to play.
Let your soul speak.
Let your mind run freely.
Let your heart reach somebody else's.
Have the courage to be yourself.
But most of all, enjoy yourself.
This is your life.
Stop complaining about things you can't or don't want to change. Complaining won't do anything, it will only poison you and those around you.
Accept what you can't change, act to change what's in your control or leave, if you can't accept nor change it.
I hope this message came at the right time for you, let me know what you think in the comments below or tag a friend who would appreciate this post. Thank you.
Have a lovely evening wherever you are,
🎵Will you go out in the world and share it? Or will you jealously keep it to yourself? Will you think about it? Or will you just let it slip into the back of your mind? Will it forever remind you of me? What will you do with it?🎶
Have a lovely evening wherever you are,
