The more I will radiate positivity and my energy towards it, quicker it will get into life.

In adulthood is when most people come to fully love and accept themselves. Teach the children in your life to love & encourage themselves NOW, so they can avoid some of the unnecessary emotional hardships many of us went through, and are still going through today.
Affirmation cards are an easy tool to sit down daily with your children and ask questions and have discussions on how they feel about who they are and who they want to be. Then use the cards to reaffirm the positives and future hopes -- practicing the vocabulary together and spending time encouraging one another so they can eventually do it daily on their own.

When people talk shit about your body figure.
You must answer them correctly.
When people gives their opinion like she has hot meat on her body , correct them it's my body and shut their mouths.
When people talk about like she is short or she is tall.
Tell them still I can do things better then you can.
When people throw nasty comments on you like Bitch , slut or hoe
Correct them they are working hard to survive maybe their fields are different but they have great motive to earn and survive well.
Change the thoughts for betterment , maybe it will start giving them lesson what is right and what is wrong.
Know everything but use your knowledge in a manner where people don't get hurt.
Tears on someone's face is better than smile on someone's face.
So you know well what you should do, figure out and hurt less people.
A lot of us focus on the big achievements in our lives but it’s important to stop and also appreciate the little things we have. No matter how life appears to be, there’s always something to be grateful for.
Practicing gratitude can encourage you to look at life as a whole more positively. Focusing on what you have rather than what you don’t. Paying attention to the bright things in your life amidst any darkness you might be experiencing.
This really helps to lift you up, put you in a happy place and improve your mental health.
