Miscommunication & Misunderstanding are inter-related.
●Donot pre-asume, judge or predict. ●Always communicate with the other person no matter how big the problem might be. ●Be honest with what you talk. ●Losing an arguement is better than losing a good person❤

👉🏽This is your recovery..
👉🏽 You know if you compulsively do lower level movements..
👉🏽It is your responsibility to cut them out, because other people may not even be aware you do them..
➡️Fidgeting whilst sitting,
➡️Walking further than necessary/ the ‘long route’,
➡️Doing multiple trips when only one is necessary or possible.
➡️Stair taking, when escalators are available,
Are all examples of behaviours that need to be stopped immediately.
Not gradually weened off.
Compensatory behaviours will keep you trapped with the illness.
Again, this is your recovery.
You must take control.
Only you can do it.
