Dynamic upper! Who freaking cares. Bench as fast as you can then run into traffic day! @nateharvey2600 maybe schedule that next for your athletes? Anyway enough of my mental instability. Challenge is how inverted can you get with a TRX row and still knock out ten reps. An inch off the ground at horizontal is my limit. What is yours?
Back rounding is okay on a maximal lift. But don't use this as inspiration for all you submaximal lifts. Always PRACTICE good form. But when you play, you've earned the right to play with the form a bit.

Energy completely drained 💀 but it's the end of the week for me and it's time for some much needed sweet recovery days. Dropped the weight on deadlifts by 5lbs more so focused on moving this 405 with good technique and some speed. 👌Week 3 Day 5 (Feb 22nd) of my current full body 5 days a week Bulgarian style split where I bench and squat 5 days a week and deadlift twice! Current Bodyweight is 187lbs (84.8kg)💪

After warm ups these are my working sets
Squat 2x2 325lbs then
Bench 2x2 240lbs Paused
Deadlift 5x1 405lbs speed singles
I’m six weeks out and so far my meet prep has been going very well. Let’s see how the next six weeks are going to be.
The deload week wasn’t that interesting, but the upcoming weeks will definitely be. .
Noch sechs Wochen bis zum Wettkampf und bisher lief die Vorbereitung sehr gut. Und die nächsten sechs werden das auch.
Die letzte Woche war wegen dem Deload nicht wirklich interessant, dafür aber definitiv die nächsten Wochen. .
Pin Bench gestern.
Nachdem die Deadlifts gestern Sack schwer waren und ich mich echt wirklich schlapp gefühlt hatte, hatte ich erwartet, dass das Benchen auch Sack schwer wird. Vor allem weil ich da ka sowieso am schwächsten bin.
Es ging dann aber eigentlich doch ganz gut.
Die Gewichte sind die selben geblieben wie letzte Woche aber sie haben sich besser bewegt und angefühlt
Meine Ermüdung schien sich wohl mehr auf den Unterkörper zu beschränken

Kommende Woche ist die letzte Woche meines Volumen Blocks. Danach geht es in den Kraftblock.
Dann wird sich wieder an etwas höhere Gewichte herangetastet. Mal sehen ob es bei mir was werden kann mit der spanischen Meisterschaft Anfang Mai.

When I finish writing a training program (or dieting strategy) for a client, I always ask myself, is this easily explainable? Over the years simplicity has pretty much become part of my overall philosophy. Please note, simple doesn’t mean basic. As Einstein said, “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler”. If what you are doing is not easy to explain and understand, it probably needs to be re-evaluated. 💥 💪🏼🤛🏼
