Leash pressure and choke chains.
We provide you unedited real content without any tricks that is why we never replace choke chains with normal collars for videos/images.
We conduct some sessions for big dogs where we use the leash to establish
communication between us and the dog(Using normal collar or choke chain)
🔰It helps in:
1.Emergency situations, the dog should analyse the leash pressure and come to you without you hard pulling the dog and shouting.
2.Take turns, stop and walking commands.
3.To avoid pulling big sized dogs. You just apply some pressure and the dog comes to you.
🔰I'm saying 'Some' pressure, but how much do I mean?
The pressure should be enough for the dog to feel it, not more than that.
🔰Why is there a choke chain?
1.We agree choke chains are very bad,a real trainer doesn't need one and you are killing the dog and everything.
2.Choke chains are guns.In the right hands they save people, in the wrong hands they kill people.Unfortunately, wrong hands are more.
3.An amatuer shouldn't use it, period.
4.Some dogs pull in a second when distraction comes. On a normal collar, this instantaneous pull damages the muscles on the underside of their neck as all pressure is being applied there.
5.In choke chains, the whole chain tightens , uniformly distributing the pressure throughout the chain. The dog's neck is saved and he realises that he is jerking the chain.
6.Chains are for training purpose or for big dogs ,not daily use.
7.If you use choke chain as a primary training tool, it is wrong. Use choke chain as a safety measure for big dogs.
If used correctly, your dog will enjoy the session and yawn like our student in this video. This means he isn't under any pressure at all and is learning it like a boss, effortlessly!☺️

This were the type of dogs that made me fall in love with Presa Canario. Published in 1998 spanish magazine Todo Perros in article written by Manuel Curto. Pure power, nothing overdone strong build and chest but on functional structure. Beautiful heads with typical expression, a bit intimidating. They didn't look soft and docile, they looked strong and noble. Just the look told you this dog is smart and have incredible personality
