Fashion show, fashion ready. For those of y’all that think the name brand or the price make you better than the next person. It’s not true. I am a bargain shopper. Clearance rack champ. I stay flyer than average and fresher than most. I only clearance shop. I appreciate the many compliments at #yerefashionshow .
Know your worth and what makes you. Though the prices are inexpensive they are very fine quality plus I’m the one wearing it.
It was a ROUGH morning!! I got up and started working out. Just as I was finishing up the boys started fighting and Gracie woke up. Then on the way to taking Zachary to school he started crying and saying he didn't want to go. I pulled into the drop off line and he refused to get out of the car. He was crying and screaming. 😭💔 I decide to park and walk him in with the other two kids in tow. Luckily his teacher let him come into the class a few minutes early and help her take the chairs down. That calmed him down and he seemed ok. Instead of letting this set a bad tone for the day, I couldn't help but be so grateful that I was actually able to take the extra time to park and walk him in to make sure he was ok. The fact that I can work from home and earn an income and still be there for all of these important moments mean everything to me!! If you're looking for some extra income for Christmas or more time freedom with your kids, I'd love to chat! I'm looking to personally mentor 5 new ladies on Team Fearlessly Free and get you all ready to go for our busiest season (January)! Drop a comment below if you'd like to learn more about what I do! 🧘♀️💕 #Thankful#Grateful#Blessed#TimeFreedom#Priceless
It wasn’t that long ago that I couldn’t afford to take a taxi from my apartment uptown to downtown. I would go to the ATM to get $40 & an “insufficient funds” slip would pop out. I bounced checks, which would then affect other checks I’d written & I would panic over those fees. Then, I would beg the person on the phone for mercy. This was also when I lived alone in my studio apartment, and I had no family or partner.
That said, I’ve always been fortunate to have a roof over my head and a place to sleep—something many people cannot say, which makes this time of year happy for some and so sad and scary for so many others. I try to do my part and to give back to help others and make some meaning of the success and platform I’ve been given. I try to teach my daughter about compassion and generosity and I really want her to understand how fortunate she is and how much of a struggle life can be for others.
When traveling to disaster-struck areas, the most compelling memory is that, no matter how destitute and horrific the situation, the ones surrounded by their families and loved ones have a hope, faith, and happiness that is way stronger than the world’s wealthiest person who feels alone.
To be able to create meaningful and rare experiences and memories for myself and Bryn gives meaning to having worked so hard for so many years. Having spent holidays alone and having no rent money and bouncing checks makes me appreciate what I have now—but truly makes me realize that the most important thing in life is LOVE.
Giving to others and sharing with the people you love is literally priceless.
Happy Holidays! Xo 💋🎄❣️👯♀️✨❌⭕️
