Hi IG frens, well I was gonna post about my epic adventure this weekend, but I has to tell you about my Vet day (mum said it’s supposed to be Veterans, but we went to my Veterinarian!) As you can tell, I got a boo-boo. Idk what happened, neither does mum, but my left paw ‘sploded! Ok, not really but it’s quite big (or rather, bigger than it normally is!) Mum got worried so we went to Dr Treats Lady who smelled different! I’m sure it was a diff Dr Lady, but I didn’t mind cos she had TREATS. They stuck this shiny sharp thing in my leg and gave me this other stuff that made me tired a bit. It’s a diff kind of adventure, I suppose. I promise to post the one of me in the mountains. Soon. 🏔 😎 #puppychronicles#weimpuppy#weimaraner#weimlove#puppiesofinstagram

My poor pupper got stung or bit between 10am and 12:30p today. 😢 His front left paw is swollen! He’s fine though, he doesn’t lick the swollen paw nor limp. 🧐 However, after waiting a couple hours, I set a same-day appointment to see the Vet. They didn’t really find any bites or stings, but they gave him some Benadryl & antibiotics along with other meds he needs to take. Also, he’s 59.3lbs! 😅🤣 #puppychronicles#weimpuppy#weimaranee#puppiesofinstagram
Hey IG frens! I just wanna share how mum takes too many photos. She said I need to model my new collar name plate, but does she really need more than one photo? To make up for it, I got to visit the dog park and had great fun with Beauregard the Retriever mix, plus other doggo frens. Then we went to puppy social, but I got weirded out by Gizmo the Shih tzu ... That boi was fast. Ultimately, my fav activity is naptime. It’s. The. Best. Thing. Mylo turns four months in five days and it already amazes me how much he’s grown looking back on this picture. The leaves no longer look like this 🍁 and I can’t really carry him comfortably in this position anymore #mustbethecreatine #puppychronicles
Molly watches over all of our little ones, and is considered the grandmother to all our newest rescues. She takes an interest in what our pigs are up to all the time
We mentioned before that our Molly still has a permanent limp from a bullet wound in her back left leg. She still remains to be one of the sweetest pups we have on our Sanctuary, and gives everyone a greeting as they come through our gates to visit our other animals.
When we get to our Florida location we are hoping to start an intensive dog rescue and adoption clinic, so that we help pair rescued dogs with perfect candidates, and won't let them leave without finding suitable caregivers. A lot of times at shelters they are so overwhelmed with animals, that they are forced to adopt out without really taking into consideration the person that wants the dog. We want to change that. We want to have enough resources to allow any dog the chance to live out their life permanently with us until we find someone who we feel is a great match. That way, no matter what, the pup will have a safe place to live, and they can still socialize with other pups if a perfect candidate is not found.
We are super excited about our expansion! We know it will take a lot of work and effort but we are ready for the next challenge. If you want to support our expansion in Florida we could sure use all the extra help we can get. Consider sending a one-time donation through PayPal at: firstname.lastname@example.org
It will take all of our savings to get us over there and situated. We can then begin the same amount of rescue effort that we have in our Mojave location!
