Quarantine diaries - day 74: DC Mayor Muriel Bowser gave the ok for people to paint “black lives matter” in bright yellow on the street leading to the White House AND renamed the street “Black lives matter plaza”. In your face, Trump! Literally!! And tonight is strawberry moon which is the perfect time to manifest what’s in your heart! So please, let’s all manifest for a world with more love, respect and growth! Now, if you would excuse me, I’ll light my incense, get my crystals and manifest for a better world. #quaratinediaries#blacklivesmatter#powerofintention#manifestgoodthings
Cheers to this one year of our meeting,
Of our first day of orientation,
Of our friendship 💜,
Of a never ending bond which u created with me,
Of always irritating u like hell,
Of always sleeping on ur shoulder in those 5 minute breaks and u always busy on ur phone, but tolerating me like heaven🙈,
Of our everyday tea cravings that brought us this close,
Of always searching u whenever i couldn't find u anywhere,
Of sharing each nd every detail of ur world to me💜,
Of our all the dinner dates,
Of our all the night walks,
Of all the little surprises (including mails) u planned❤️
Of all the late night phone calls even after being together for the entire day😅,
Of all the days nd SUKOON moments with u,
And for tolerating the interview with my father🙈😂,
You’re one of those people who make my life better just by being in it❤️nd making it beautiful day by day🥺❤️ .
I hope you @sumit_kumarsahoo will definitely like this post 😅😂😂🙈🙈 afterall u r the main member😂🙈🙈

Quarantine diaries - day 73: lately has been hard to focus on work and reopen our office, with everything that has been going on. I wish I could be more of an activist but I’m standing up for what I believe every chance I get, that’s what I can do right now. 2020 has been a challenging year, but with challenges come growth. #quaratinediaries#betteryourself#standupforothers

Congratulations little brother. I am so proud of you of accomplishing your senior year with honors. Even with due to the circumstances of being cut short & viewing it in a different perspective. You didn’t give up on your last year that you have been working very hard & consistently for this moment🎉
To my babies, as a parent I promise to teach you right from wrong. To teach you empathy. To teach you kindness. To support you. To always cheer you on. But I also have a bigger job, to teach you how to recognize injustice.. and to help be a solution... To be an Ally. To be a helper. Because even when the world feels crazy, and unhinged, there are always helpers. I hope when you are older, you are one of those helpers, one of those people sticking up for what they believe, one of those people willing to fight for justice. I'm so proud of who you all are, I can't wait to see who you will all become, to watch you grow into good people. It starts at home. Talk to your kids about the hard stuff, teach them, show them, so that maybe we can all raise a generation of helpers, of allies. .
Being is our true purpose. // We are not human-doings but human beings, but how often does doing feel all consuming! ⠀
It’s easy to spend an entire life running around busy, consuming, producing & feeling oh so disconnected. ⠀
I’m learning that the more time I spend in the space of being, the better everything feels, aligns and is achieved in the day.⠀
Breath is the greatest tool to move into the present moment. As you read this start to notice how your breath is arriving right now. As you feel the inhales and exhales allow the breath to naturally become fuller and equal in length. Breathe in, breathe out. Continue like this for a few more rounds. ⠀
Life has looked a little funky these last couple of months but I’m so grateful for: ⠀⠀
> church @ home
> time to relax ⠀⠀
> our home and new backyard ⠀⠀
> the phx sun ⠀⠀
> a lot of time with my man
> YouTube karaoke ⠀⠀
> virtual happy hours ⠀⠀
> philippians 4v4
> my bear slippers
> finding fun things to do
“Rejoice in the Lord ALWAYS. I will say it again: Rejoice!”
I love all my peeps. Let’s take care of ourselves and each other. Let’s have fun amidst a weird time. Let’s be creative. ⠀⠀
Tired of bad news? UGH - me too.
Today I wanted to share some amazing things that happened this week in real life.
1. A Dutch company developed a plastic bottle that degrades in 1 year!
2. Ohio wildlife officials announced that the state’s bald eagle population has soared by 151%! 3. Eminem has been delivering “moms spaghetti” to Detroit hospitals
4. Beavers are returning to Britain and could help prevent future floods
5. Carbon emissions have dropped 12% across the European Union
6. The queen has vowed to remove real fur from her wardrobe. (While historic outfits will retain it- she vows that real fur is firmly out of fashion)
7. A new feline species called the “cat-fox” has been discovered (hint: it’s cute). 8. Dog and cat adoptions have been way up since quarantine!
Do you have some good news? Let’s hear it !
