Для основы:⠀ 1/2ст молотые семена подсолнечника⠀
1/2ст кокосоаая стружка⠀
2/3ст рисовой муки⠀
1/4cт холодное кокосовое масло⠀
1/4ст сироп( может быть любой рисовый, агава...)⠀ 1/8ст холодной воды⠀
Если вы используете миксер, это упростит весь процесс, как вы можете видеть на видео. Я объясню весь процесс без использования миксера:⠀
Смешайте сухие ингредиенты в миске, добавьте кокосовое масло (не топленое) и растирайте его с сухими ингредиентами пальцами, пока все не превратится в крошки.⠀
⠀ Добавьте сироп и продолжайте перемешивать, пока все не превратится в более влажную крошащуюся смесь, чтобы вы могли спрессовать её (как показано на видео)⠀
Распределите смесь в форме для тарталеток и выпекайте около 12 минут при температуре 170-180 ° C.⠀
Заварной крем:⠀ 1,5ст веганского молока⠀
1ст.л ванильной эссенции( лучше даже настоящая ваниль если есть, тогда 1/2 палочки будет достаточно)⠀ 1/4 ст. воды⠀
3 ст.л порошкового заварного крема(можно заменить 3 ст.л кукурузной муки + щепотка куркумы)⠀
Разогреть молоко с сахаром и ванильной эссенцией в кастрюле. В отдельной миске смешайте заварной крем и воду. Когда все будет готово, медленно влейте разведённый порошок в горячую молочную смесь и одновременно мешайте венчиком , пока вся масса не загустеет. Дайте немного остыть в течение 10 минут, затем разпределите по тарталеткам.⠀
Для украшения можно положить любые понравившиеся фрукты, варенье, желе, съедобные цветы ...⠀

A healthy lifestyle is not about depriving yourself of the things you crave and always love. It’s about empowering yourself with the knowledge of what makes your body tick & feel good. My rule of thumb that allows us to enjoy treats with a measure of self-respect is the 80/20 rule but with an upgrade. We can honor ourselves with 80% being less indulgent and 20% being a little naughtier but still nutritious. Of course, moderation is key here so they get hidden deep in the freezer to make them less accessible. This my friends is how it's done. Swapping out the bad & ugly for the better for you. Ancient Greek philosopher Herodotus wrote a Scythian, approximately 8th to 4 centuries BC, recipe that is similar to stews we eat today.
A glow up version of a Deep & Delicious chocolate cake! I developed this recipe for @upstreetbrewing a few years ago for a menu project I consulted on. This cake was made using their tasty stout. A little beet & berry sauce for a splash of earthy sweetness and a punch of magenta for good measure. It’s so wonderful to watch how this Island business continues to evolve! AVOCADO FUDGE BROWNIE PERFECTION // these are even better than the first time I made them! So good and I LOVE how guilt free they are. 😍
AVOCADO FUDGE BROWNIES (gluten-free + vegan + sugar-free)
4 flax eggs
1 c. Mashed or puréed avocado
1 t. vanilla
1 c. @lakanto sweetener (can sub other sweetener or sugar)
5 T. coconut oil
1 c. almond flour
1 c. cocoa
2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
Chocolate chips (optional)
// Mix it all together. If you are adding chocolate chips I suggest 1/3 c. in the batter and then sprinkle the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until the middle isn’t jiggly.

Lots of recipe development in the kitchen this week trying out brownie recipes. It’s a hard job! Actually trickier than it sounds to get the perfect bake. These were Jammie Dodger white chocolate blondies and were a hit with my highly trained, expert testers (the family). I was thinking they’d make a lovely treat for valentines?
Mango Black Bean Tacos
•2 mangos (diced) •1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
•2 avocado (diced) •1 red bell pepper (diced)
•1/2 red onion (diced)
•Juice of 1 lime
•Mango salsa (opt.)
•hot sauce (opt.)
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, serve on corn tortillas and top with mango salsa and/or hot sauce 🔥 .

Hello friends! Fact you might not know about me: I worked for 7 years as a food technologist and product developer for the larger food industry. I’ve developed recipes for other people for a long time and this is my first time developing them for myself. And you, obv! But really, my current client is myself, which is a very different feeling; I get to decide what to make, what tastes good, and how to talk about it. Main Course #4 - CRISPY Chicken Rendang.
Malaysians are still laughing at @johntorodecooks for making the ill-advised comment that a Masterchef contestant's Rendang wasn't crispy... Well whose laughing now?! Fragrant and spicy chicken rendang, topped with the crispiest of chicken skins, marinated in rendang paste and baked between sheets till shatteringly crisp.
Not sure the crispy skin delivers too much in terms of flavour, as rendang is already a perfect dish... but is visually very appealing and I like the culinary joke!
This is a Malaysian Rendang, much like it's Indonesian brethren but finished with kerisik (toasted coconut paste) to nutty perfection 👌

🍕🥬On a spree to make my pizzas healthier day by day, this time I decided to use the Organic Beetroot Powder from @tru_superfoods to make the base of the pizza. .
. 🍕🥬And topped it up with a flavorful soya masala topping and baked it at 180C in the oven for about 8-10 minutes till the cheese melted..... .

Happy almost Friday friends! Today’s been a full day of recipe testing and pricing, so I’m pretty pumped to be able to hop on here for a sec and say hi! I kind of unofficially decided to practice sustainability in a more effective way this month, starting by writing out a manageable and clear cut game plan. For starters, I’m making sure to have my reusable tote bags ready for every grocery trip, starting to store extra produce in mason jars, and eating plant based 3x a week. Baby steps have always been most effective for me in terms of making new habits, so this plan feels both manageable and realistic! In the mean time, I’m also looking for ways to brighten up an otherwise dreary January, and one way I love to do that is through bright and colorful recipes- while I don’t necessarily have the patience to meal prep, I like making extra of whatever I’m making for dinner to have for leftovers the next few days. That definitely helps me out on days where I seriously cannot bear to chop one more vegetable... 😂 Anyways, this macrobiotic bowl definitely brought some much needed brightness into my day and has me dreaming of spring! It’s made of short grain brown rice, roasted sweet potato, avocado, spinach, watermelon radish, roasted chickpeas, roasted sesame seeds, and served w/ a balsamic vinaigrette as well as a tahini dressing- when you’re indecisive like me options are everything! The smell has an extremely pleasant tang, something about the reaction between flaxseed and natural yeast have blossomed into a divine aroma 🤔
Would you believe me if I told you there’s an entire bottle of wine in this buttercream? True story!! I reduced down red wine with cinnamon, orange peel & clove until I had a super-concentrated few ounces, which got added to my base buttercream 🍷 the mulled wine flavor came through much more strongly than you typically get when flavoring buttercream, plus it gave me the most gorgeous deep purple color ✨
