This yoga class I went to yesterday was by far my favorite because of the lighting used, using mostly candles and the whole room was heated af. It was all very soothing to be honest I think I found my kind of ambiance. Being in such a room with a nice essential oil smell has always been a great therapy which are actually called aromatherapy and luminotherapy (or light therapy). Both are known to be effective in the treatment of depression and sleep issues. Will post two pictures following this video about the effect of light therapy, tell me if you have ever tried it before. What a gem we have found!! A month ago I had a massage that aggravated my spine, I’ve been in on and off pain for the last moth, It’s been a pretty full on week with Jon & I doing our photoshoots for the @aushairfashionawards and this morning I woke in chronic pain in my spine. .
I booked into @city.cave.mermaidwaters and had an infarred sauna coupled with a 60 minute float (which is not in a tank, it’s in a pool so no clostrophobia) literally took the pain in my spine completely away!! And not only that, my body felt completely relaxed and restored. Parce qu’il est important de prendre du temps pour soi. Sans quoi il devient impossible d’être pleinement présent pour les autres.
Lorsque l’on s’occupe d’abord de soi, on se retrouve capable d’accomplir de grandes choses. On est moins anxieux, plus confiant, concentré et il est plus facile de savoir où l’on souhaite aller.
On a souvent tendance à donner trop de nous même aux autres, on s’oublie, on se met en arrière-plan.
C’est ce qui cause souvent notre perte.
Il est ainsi temps de s’accorder un peu de temps, pas de devenir égoïste, mais de s’occuper de soi, de se retrouver.
Cela peut passer par de la méditation, un moment calme où l’on déguste son café ou dévore son livre. Une balade dans la nature ou du shopping. Ou encore un soin beauté et un massage.
Peu importe vos passions ou envies, du moment que cet instant est uniquement pour vous, faites le.
Prenez le temps, pensez à vous.

I am trying to find the reasons why do I stay here longer than I was planning.
1) Enjoy the naked nature's. 🏞
Getting up in early morning with fresh air and seeing the beautiful mountain range covered by foggy is one of the best relaxing and make all of my day amazing.
2)🚵Advanture and explore around to see the world, I've never seen. 🌏
🏊Tubing into the Non-Cave to see the art of rocks made by nature.
🚣Kayaking in the Rong River for a fews hours for exploring the life of Rong Riverside people and enjoy wonderful the range of mountains around.
🐾Trailing and exploring the huge cave which is hidden gems of Lao because there are not only beautiful nature's along the ways but also combined with the believe and local's faith such as building the rocks in the cave like a building. The more you can make it higher, the more you can reach what you wishes for.
3)Age makes us think and feel differently. 🔞
👦When I was 18 years old, it was my first time traveling aboard alone . I am trying to exploring around when I was traveling somewhere. I have the fixed places to visit and general activities what people did, and eat what's the review mentioned. Or in the other words follow the reviews for almost 70-80% for the trips.
📸And of course, including taking photos, uploading on social media and thinking of the cool captions amap lol I mean try to be cool but it isn't that cool because I forgot to enjoy myself and living in the moment sometimes.💤
😂That's so irony, It seem like we go traveling to many places around the world for writing or sharing our stories so that we forget to enjoy our journey.
Sometimes we are suffered from the trips but we write thought the text that we're happy that's the ways to learn to be a big liar tho.
😘Now, I have a less care about taking photos, pin the fixed places where I want to go on the exact date and following the reviewer who just come to take a photos and copy content from other people blogs.
PS. I wish I will come here with the group of my uni friends someday!🤗
