💕 HAPPY VALENTINES DAY 💕 ...and all that jazz... 😎
The Bobster and I don’t actually celebrate valentines, which is maybe a little weird now my livelihood revolves around people in love? 🤷🏻♀️ it’s just something we never did when we were younger, so doesn’t seem right doing now we are older.
But I’d love to hear all about your day - have you got anything special planned? Who is your valentine? 🥰
Smiles out for finishing touches, the champagne helps!

Something every Groom needs to know... The how to: There are several methods to secure the buttonhole to the lapel, the most popular in the UK is to use a round-headed pearl pin. Follow these easy steps and you will get a smart, flawless result:
1. Hold the buttonhole upright, making sure the flowers are pointing towards you.
2. Lay it flat on the left lapel in the right position, just above the heart.
3. Now, holding the buttonhole onto the lapel with your left hand, turn the lapel exposing the back.
Laughter is just THE best out showing of love and happiness 💖

This came up as a memory this morning of our youngest little bub, I’ve got to say I love this image of him, un-staged (attempting to most probably get out of his car seat!) but capturing him and his kind nature perfectly for me ❤️ A daily reminder of the reason I do what I do and how I love to look back and see these little moments I photograph, that actually become quite big in my memory, making my heart melt and spurring me on in my day of editing of some more gorgeous children for a very exciting sneak peek to come... Little people are such fun to work with, who doesn’t love a challenge and keeps life interesting in so many ways.
Can’t wait to take my little boys away next week for some well needed R&R together ❤️ Will be nice to actually update my own family photographs whilst we’re away as they change so much at this age!
Are you a fan of the candid photograph or prefer a staged image?
I’m definitely a more relaxed approach type of person, enjoying how a family naturally flows 💫 #berkshirefamilyphotographer#familyphotography#wiltshirefamilyphotographer#londonfamilyphotography#rachelmullinsphotography#thecandidmoments#relaxedphotography#thehonestcapture#familymoments#thefamilycollective
The true look of love!!! Let’s have fun with your couple shots, they don’t need to be rigid and stuffy, just be you! Your personality shines through in every image if you are yourself 💖

I revamped a huge part of my website over the weekend .. I have the back ache and crazy eyes to prove it🤪. But it is so worth it as I know it will streamline finding & booking my dream photography clients.

The moments that follow your first kiss as a married couple are honestly some of the sweetest things I get to witness... I love seeing al the nerves fizzle away and the relief wash over you - it’s just the best! 🤗

The nerves are soooooo high at this moment, just as you’ve arrived and waiting to get out of the car. Just remember, deep breaths, remember who you’re going to see at the end of the aisle, remember to remember this moment (I’ll help with that one!)
Couple shoots are easily one of my favourite parts of the work that I do. I love creating a space for people to be themselves, connect with each other and to share a part of their world with my camera.
Not having an ‘event’ (like a wedding, etc) can sometimes cause people to feel a little awkward at first, as initially it might feel like there’s no distraction from there being a camera staring at you. But the beauty of there being no big event also means no time pressure, no expectations and plenty of opportunity to relax into who you are (and make a new friend in the process!).

I was shooting a wedding recently and the bride was getting ready in the most gorgeous house - I fell completely in love with the decor, the colours, the window light...basically I didn’t really want to leave. As luck would have it I was back in the very same house only a few weeks later for Cassia & Jamie’s portrait shoot! Thank you, universe 🙏🏻💫
