#livinglikeatourist catlady addition! This weekend's new outing was to the fiera di roma for the cat show! I think it might be a whole other level than where I am at, but it was cute to see the different types of cats... Even if many did not seem entertained to be there (see last photo).

Strategically planning my next food theft 😼🤔🍕
It is with a very heavy heart that we inform you all of the passing of gorgeous Wilson.
Wilson woke up not feeling quite himself.... he was acting funny.
When we took him to the vet we received a very unexpected and heartbreaking diagnosis... Wilson had a mini stroke and he would continue to have mini strokes which would impact on his quality of life.... This mini strokes were likely to continue until Wilson suffered a major stroke that would result in his painful death.
Having been given this terrible news there was only one decision we could make.... it was the hard decision, the heartbreaking decision but it was the right decision..... we decided to give Wilson his angel wings
Cant believe how big this sweet boy has gotten in just 4 months. He can be wild & crazy-climbing on everything, clawing paper towels, aggravating Maci-but cant imagine life without my black cat 😽 #rescuekitty
This is a story of rescues helping rescues. Thank you @leftbehindnopet for helping @petals4pawsnurseryandrescue with one of our rescues medical costs!❤🐾 For rescues, medical costs can be the greatest expense health & sickness, spays, neuters, geriatric needs, vaccs, then there are those emergency medical expenses that suddenly slam into your face on a sunny morning walk😤😫😭One of our precious rescues from the first wave of rescues we call the Originals - one of the rescues that planted the seeds of Petals-4-Paws in Laura & I's hearts Ashley Wilkes, was caught in a terrible altercation last wkend. We took him to All Creatures Fri where his prognosis was not good several puncture wounds, kidney trauma, small fracture in his chest, serious head trauma & critical shock. On Sat morn, we took Ashley home still in critical condition w/antibiotics only slightly improved. By Wed, we were back at AC bc Ashley was going down hill fast, not eating, attempting to drink but only aspirating, not accepting a syringe, lethargic, unable to stand, collapsing - we were facing severe kidney trauma. We took a chance & agreed to continue flushing his kidneys in hopes that they might regenerate & recover, BUT we knew our budget was not prepared for this expense - we called @leftbehindnopet for help & they came to Ashley's rescue!!❤ After great efforts by AC, Ashley is now home improving little by little and hospital P4P is administering sub q's to continue his recovery! ❤🐾 @leftbehindnopet@petals4pawsnurseryandrescue #rescueshelpingrescues#rescuelife#rescuecat#rescuecatsrock#rescuecats#rescue#rescuesofinstagram#rescuekitty#rescuekitty#whywedowhatwedo
