The portfolio is looking really good! We do have quite a few stocks in this portfolio but it is now bringing a nice steady dividend income for us.
I shall be making a poll later for the next 4 stocks which you can choose for the next investment of £5.
It's nice that in this weeks blog post we can write that we got a dividend on the very last day of the week.
I wonder what the community will pick.
I shall be making the charity donation at the end of next month so we can make sure weve got a full 6 months of dividends.
Setiap instrumen pelaburan ada kebaikan dan keburukannya. Tiada yang perfect. .
𝐓𝐚𝐩𝐢, 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐲𝐚, 𝐤𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐢 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐚𝐚𝐤𝐤𝐤 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐤𝐞𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐮𝐤𝐚𝐧. 💯
😅 Ramai orang melayu kena scam sebab nak kaya cepat, so, method pelaburan pun tak faham, at last, rugi banyak. Kesian.

~# Coretan Kata Ingatan Mesra #~ Apakah hasil kita sepanjang penat berkerja..
Adakah kita berdisiplin dalam kewangan kita? Kalu x ada perancangan teliti memang selalu spending melebihi savings. Tapi savings macamana yang kita harapkan klu disimpan begitu saja tak beranak, tak ada compounding effect tak berbaloi jugakan x dapat leselesaan bekerja sampai pencen.
Perlaburan ni macam kita menanam, kena sabar.. cukup air dan baja suburlah dan dapatlah hasilnya dan puas hati dgn usaha kita. Kalu kita biarkan saje x dptlah hasilnya. Nak dapat hasil yg cantik kenalah mula dari awal.

Get ready for another fantastic movie recommendation - a film that has all the good stuff: love, life, friendship and hope. ‘The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel’ follows 7 British retirees travelling to India who, upon arrival find the supposedly newly resorted hotel that they’ve booked to be much less luxurious than advertised. Nevertheless, the Marigold Hotel begins to slowly charm the tourists in unexpected ways, becoming the trip of a lifetime.

Rivers can and have carved some of the most beautiful places in the world. It is an amazing element that can cut through solid rock over time. Much like a river sometimes our finances get away from us and carve a deep hole in our stability.
Over time we all become accustomed to a certain lifestyle and way of living. We start to make more and so we start to spend more. I was deeply thinking about this the other day.
I remember right as I was getting out of high-school and living on my own I was making $11 hour. I had a pretty decent apartment with my long time friend. I was maybe making 400 a week. I ate well, had great times with my friends, and all my bills were always on time.
Fast forward 5 years and I was making well over what I was when I was younger. But now I was struggling more than ever. It took time and bad spending habits over the years to get me there. much like the river my lifestyle was cutting into my income.
Nowadays I no longer have those stresses. I no longer have the worry of thank god it's Friday or omg its only Tuesday. I can now focus on new business ideas, spending time with my amazing fiancé and family, and focusing on my future.
Whenever you are ready lets talk. I can lead you to the life you dream of with some hard work and determination you too can finally get the chance to focus on the things that matter most to you. Call today for a free consultation and lets get to know one another.

Our marketing initiatives and cooperative approach with buyers’ brokers maximizes the exposure of your real estate listing.
One of the questions I frequently receive is - “Why do I still need to own personal insurance when I’m already entitled to free insurance by my company?” ⠀
Addressing this matter today in hopes that it would make you consider taking the needed steps to complement your company insurance with a comprehensive personal insurance coverage, to safeguard yourself and your family.
Life throws many unexpected things at all of us. While we usually can't stop these things from occurring, we can opt to give our lives a bit of protection. Insurance is meant to give us some measure of protection, at least financially, should a disaster happen.
𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘦, 𝘐 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘺 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 🥺
Now that I’m older and moved out, I really appreciate all the things they did and still continue to do for me. One of my goals is to retire them early so they can experience life for all that it offers because they deserve it ❣️
With the passage of the SECURE Act, life insurance has become even more attractive as an overall financial-planning tool.
But in order to make use of these tax-advantaged strategies, it is important to understand what the rules are for keeping these benefits in place.
MENABUNG? HMM..
Coba kita liat contoh berikut.

📊📈 Sharing my Canadian retirement investment plan with you. ⠀⠀
🇨🇦 Since moving to Canada in 2017 we have been contributing to our RRSPs automatically every ly cycle. ⠀⠀
🙋🏼♂️ How many of you can say they know how their retirement money is being invested? Go on, be honest. I certainly didn’t until recently. I used to assume the default option suited everyone. ⠀⠀
I made the switch from a balanced fund to an aggressive fund at the end of last year (should have set it up that way, but oh well) after stopped being lazy and finally took an interest in what I was investing in. ⠀⠀
😮 Some of you might think 92% stocks is bloody outrageous and way too risky. It all depends on your situation, but generally if you’ve still got quite a few years before you retire will be much better off with an aggressive approach. ⠀⠀
📉Remember, even when the market takes a dive, you don’t lose any money unless you sell. This is a long term investment. All the data tells us that the market always goes up when viewed on a 10+ year time scale. ⠀⠀
🌏 My RRSP fund allocation is well diversified and captures Canada, America, and 21 other developed markets across the globe. ⠀⠀
💰Management fees cost around 0.62% annually as this is considered an actively managed fund. I don’t like the idea of potential returns being chewed up through fees each year so I am considering other brokerages with a passive approach using low cost ETFs, but I haven’t pulled the trigger on that yet!
👇🏻Do you know how your retirement money is being invested?

Here’s the tea. So I spooked a LOT of you guys apparently when I mentioned that husband and I had talked about what divorce would look like for our finances. Like, yoooo.
We are transparent. More so than a lot of couples. We’ve discussed taboo things like favorite exes, controversial opinions, and things we’d do if nobody would judge us. We also believe that we are not soul mates... instead, we must actively choose to be with one another every day of the year because this marriage ain’t guaranteed.
Is this marriage strong? Yeah. 9 years, the death of a parent, being ostracized by family, job losses, and 60k of consumer debt strong. But it’s naive to say that just because we got married... we can and would absolutely NEVER divorce.
That’s the same logic as “just because I have a job, I can always afford emergencies”.
You can’t plan for ish to happen. Sometimes... it just happens.
Have we ever considered breaking up? Nope.
But you know what we DID discuss today? Our opinions on the 401k. I’ve seen numerous couples and clients split their assets 50/50 in divorce, and I figured that’s how all couples handled it. However, he shook me by saying “I feel like taking half of your 401k in a divorce just creates a problem for you later in life. It shouldn’t be touched”.
And, hypothetical divorce or not, I was like... bae.
One of my biggest principles is “protect the retirement at all costs”. Like I’ve said loudly on IG, I have worked since I was 14 and I’m not retiring at 67 to die at 70. No sir. So, the fact that my husband said that reminded me exactly how aligned our goals are.
So. Moral of the story. It was a conversation to pass the time in a long road trip once. It’s not a notarized document sitting in a safe anywhere. We good, fam.
Stack your paper and consider ALL of the possibilities. Not just the best ones. 😘

| Real People, Real Stories - Part 1 |
Earlier this month, a couple in their fifties came to us to plan their retirement. She had built up a pension through a career as a nurse. I got to help figure out that they can retire at the age of 55.
She had the option to take the money out of her pension, but only if she did it before she turned 55. We did an analysis and built a plan that will allow them to live off the interest they’re going to make on their investments.
She officially quit her job for March 1st and I couldn’t be more proud that my team got to help her make one of the biggest decisions of her life.
When they came in, they anticipated receiving an income of $4300/month in retirement.
When we were finished, they were looking at an income of $7,600/month. That's a difference of $40,000 per year, with no new money added!
We did careful planning to make sure they allocated and redeemed their funds in the most tax efficient way, and then tailored investment insurance to achieve their goals.
Wishing everyone a fantastic weekend!
