Who uses amber teething necklaces?
One of the non-diaper items I snagged during the black friday sales was this BEAUTIFUL rainbow amber neckless from @winkdiapers I am so excited to see how it works. So far, Rory hasn't yanked it off so that's good! Please answer any or all of my qurstions about teething necklaces! 👇👇👇
Do they work? How long/short are they suppose to be? What was your experience? Did you keep it on at night??? 🤷🤷🤷
New Lashwands Topper

Example of a beautiful ceramic plate that someone accidentally dropped & then donated to me (instead of the trash)! Going to experiment with this to see what I can come up with. ✌️ #beforepic#drabtofab

Natural Christmas tree vs the artificial alternative. 🎄
Each year this subject seems to be causing a lot of debates... the arguments are that Christmas tree farms in some cases displace natural ecosystems... It's arguably also a waste to cut down a real tree for a single use... so here is the artificial alternative which could be reused for many years... but here is the thing- to make it worthwhile, the artificial Christmas tree would have to be reused at least for 10-15 years... and in the era of such an easy of disposing things- how many families would actually stick to one tree for a decade or two? 🤔 what’s more most of them are made out of plastic... however what if they are purchased second hand?
There seems not to be an easy answer. What’s your opinion? What’s the most sustainable option? Do you buy a natural tree and try to stick to the artificial one? Let’s debate :) ✌🏼
Our local chain supermarket still uses small see through plastic bags for loose fruit and veg. Does yours too?
Ask yourself do you really need them, or are they just extra ‘pointless packaging’ if you really think about it. The majority of loose produce can just go in your basket or trolley, then into your tote bag at checkout. If you’ve got loads to buy, why not bring your own reusable produce bags, there are string and silicon versions on the market.
