Flashback to this epic frigid adventure chasing icebergs. This will definitely always stick with me as one of my favorite times every traveling. This moment. I’d never seen anything like that in my life. It was all worth the journey.
I’m constantly amazed at all of the unique and creative places that exist! What do you think?! ⠀

Caught in the magical neverending staircase of @sofitelrome 🌀Who loves spiral staircases?
One month ago we chose this hotel for our Rome getaway and I fell in love with its classic renovated style and decoration😍. And I couldn’t help capturing its stylish stairs in a picture. I know it’s not my usual style but I’m always happy to try new things😉 #sofitelworld#sofitelrome 🇮🇹

Happy birthday @aye_guh! It was so lovely getting to shoot with you this weekend for your big day! Enjoy it 💕
Just because it’s winter here in the north, doesn’t mean we can’t find some nice greenery to spice it up a little for a nice tropic scenery. Gotta love the beauty of photography! 📸

happy hiking in the snow. finally was able to get out for morning snowshoe and enjoy the elements. the way up was mostly in darkness and slowly transitioned to that glorious morning light. all the ice crystals shimmered delicately. our way down felt completely different. the frost on the trees had melted within the hour we were gone. the river was softly running in the background. our own winter wonderland.

I TURNED OFF ALL PHONE NOTIFICATIONS!!! 🙀 I have been working like crazy the last 6 months, so I completely disconnected on our vacation. The only notifications I left on were for calls and texts. I never felt the need to be on my phone because I didn’t have little red dots everywhere when I opened it. And honestly, I think I’m going to keep it that way. It was so peaceful and I felt way more present with my family. I’ll probably have calls, texts, and email, but no notifications for anything else. If I think about it I’ll check something. If I don’t think about it, I guess life in front of me is more important anyways. Sounds pretty freeing to me! What do you think? Should we be better about not checking our phone every 2 minutes? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
