Good balance, body positioning and spatial awareness are key skills for the successful practice of pretty much any sport, including Rock Climbing, obviously!
Join us this Wednesday at @HarroWall from 8pm for a playful sequence where we will be exploring (and challenging) our balance whilst working on our proprioception and concentration skills.
Book your place online at climbandyoga.com (link in bio). And don't forget! Come early and join Sandra on the mats for our free bouldering social from 6.30pm.

Krakow Boulder Contest
Każda runda zawodów była jak emocjonalny rollercoster, ale finał to już kompletna abstrakcja.
Dałem z siebie wszystko, do zwycięstwa zabrakło naprawdę niewiele. Dziękuje wszystkim, którzy dopingowali mnie w niedzielę. To niesamowite wspinać się z takim wsparciem.
To były najlepiej nakręcone zawody w jakich brałem udział.
Jako że byłem zamieszany w organizację eventu nie wypada mi wypowiadać się na temat organizacji.
“The long and winding road that leads to your door. Will never disappear. I’ve seen that road before. It always leads me here. Lead me to your door.” - Paul McCartney. Listening to this song brought tears to my eyes at my desk at work... awkward. I looked up the meaning of this song he wrote it inspired by the landscape of Scotland. I feel blessed being able to understand that a little. Sorry that got a little slushy.
Descending the Milky Way. A concept piece for a photo I’d like to get as a one shot. But for now this will have to do. @sofjin_ summoning her inner lemming, chucking herself off the cliff a bunch for me to get the shot 🙌 #nightmish

It’s always so exciting to be able to climb something that just a few weeks ago I could barely get half way through!! 😜🧗🏻♀️💪🏼 #videocomingsoon 🎥

It feels good to be able to do this route! It use to be one that I hated because it’s so scary and now I love it because I have conquered it!! 😜

Enfin un week-end qui redonne le sourire à la coupe de France de Sartilly ! 🌟.
De bonnes qualifications et des finales un peu plus compliquées mais très positives💃.
Et encore des moments super coooolll avec les copains ! .

Probably the ugliest bouldering destination and the ugliest problem out there. Paul O’Grady stand start, 6C+. Thanks @fyfeeboywonder for the shot , @andrewyorkieyork for the spot and @sweatybetty for keeping me as warm as you can be when wearing thermals in sub zero temps without a puffy on top. Probably should have kept that jacket on, but they’re just too pretty. 🤦🏻♀️

3-dimensional problem solving... just one of the many fantastic aspects of climbing 🙌
Another session of madness with @henryheinemann 🤪 We always end up trying the most ridiculous ideas, and loads of them end up unexpectedly working! 😂
