Рабочий дней растягивается на 12 часов. Начинаю в 8, заканчиваю в 20:00. Всякие интересные прямые эфиры, бесплатные доступы проходят мимо меня😭 А как ваши дела?

What habits have you changed lately?
Let's all try and do social distancing like a boss. 💪
I'm lucky enough to live in a place that hasn't restricted us from going outside. Even so, I've changed my trail run habits:
1) when I run, I avoid times when it might be crowded
2) the trails are too narrow to give 2m when passing 😭 so I use roads and wide urban trails - this means using my #brooksghost instead of my #brookscascadia
3) instead of yelling "on your left" just breath out really heavy - they'll give you a wide berth! 👄💨
4) on walk intervals, I'll still run by people I pass to reduce potential contact time⏰
Thankfully today's timing worked out perfect with the rain letting up just as I started. And, unlike yesterday, no snow or hail. Yay!!
I'm really digging these half-and-half wogs (.5 run/jog - .5 fast walk). I'm planning on referring to them as a #milkrun 🥛🏃🏼♀️ and plan on doing a lot more of them. It's relaxing and safer on my body (spine & hips) since the #trailrunning is a no go for now. Plus it gives me headspace as well as a chance to work on alternate breathing techniques (3/2, 4/3, 3/4). 11km later and it seems like a long distance, but still at the end feeling fresh (note: smell does not match the feeling). .
I think we all need some #relaxationtime right now to connect with ourselves, our breathing, our living. (And maybe some reprieve from working from home, so close to the fridge 🙋🏼♀️)

6 miles today... lucky to have caught this pic 'cause moments after thick grey clouds took over and there was no sunset. I'm starting to notice that most, not all, folks on the road are beginning to practice the 6ft rule. It's mostly been me moving off the sidewalk onto the street to keep my distance. Now others are doing it as well. Additionally, when I do swerve on and off the sidewalk, walkers/runners are saying hi/thank you, waving and smiling to show appreciation. I got new sunglasses for today's easy run! I'm loving these @knockaround. Four miles around the neighborhood for #workoutWednesday and making sure I'm getting my vitamin D during the lockup. (This is my excited face that I've been able to escaaaaaaape!)

Man how much I miss running outside! However, not running for a while took a toll. Need to be more consistent, it’s just hard with this lockdown we are in. I pray that things get better.

SESSION 1: 2hour Fasted Aerobic Endurance ride. Weather was perfect legs felt great - cut it a bit short to make sure that I’m completely over being sick the bonus of it all was seeing these two little troublemakers before taking off again to finish off the ride.

The other day I set out to run 4.6 miles...couldn't finish. Today I was able to run 4.6 miles on a gloriously beautiful day here in San Antonio.
Hard to believe it is April 1, aka April Fool's Day. But no one is participating in that this year.
On my run I saw some beautiful flowers, a great Grinch drawn in chalk (scroll to see this great work of art :-)), some Easter decorations, and a sign in my neighbor's yard that said "Strength Together." The absolute best thing though was when I ran past an elderly woman with a walker who had come out to her front yard to enjoy the beautiful sunshine. From across the street I waved at her and she waved back enthusiastically with the most incredible smile. She made my day. She exhibited peace and joy and she was absolutely beautiful.
After existing in a state of fear and anxiety for too many days, it's so good to be coming out of it (mostly) and getting back to work. There is still MUCH work to do and I'm sure you will agree with me that having clean water is more important than ever now. Most of us take this for granted. I pray that during this time more clean water can be provided to the most vulnerable of people so that they may have it not only to drink but also to wash their hands clean.

За две недели изолированной работы и жизни я:
1. Научилась шить маски (единственный бонус, пожалуй)😷
2. Переболела (уже не уверена чем – бронхит или грипп), давно не было у меня температуры 39 три дня подряд🤒
3. Нормализовала удаленную работу по времени😏
4. Начала делать перерывы на ОФП (растяжка, приседания, выпады, потихоньку увеличиваю количество)👊
5. Стала чаще готовить🥘
6. Чаще пользуюсь такси, хотя это тоже не панацея от общественного транспорта и людей, которые пренебрегают советами использовать маски🤷
7. Посмотрела «Narcos»📺
8. Читаю «Магическая уборка»📖
9. Учусь играть в Го и Сёги🀄
Через неделю планирую вернуться к тренировкам. Очень нравится совет бегать рано утром, когда ещё никого на улицах, и подхватить заразу вероятность меньше. Форму растеряла всю, потребуется недели три, чтобы её вернуть.
Вокруг шумиха, что отменяют старты. А я не паникую, значит осенью набегаемся 😌
В планах ещё японский ввести в ежедневное обучение, вот)
