Hot flashes! How do we deal with them?
To start, hot flashes happen when your pituitary glands and thyroid glands aren’t functioning properly. When this happens it increases your metabolic rate and affects the temperature of the body.

As I strolled with glee, I wanted to greet everyone by name with a cheery, “Good Morning, Jeeves.” Or, “And a good day to you, Miss Pettimeistercock.” Something quite appropriate and festive for the occasion where I could toss in a faux Cockney accent, ya know?
But most passerby simply got a nod or a quick, “Hi.” Seems I don’t know many people yet to call strangers in my path by name, and certainly to not fake a bad accent if only in the case we meet again. I need not advertise I’m the new town crazy any more than I have with that talking aloud to myself stuff and conversing with the dead thing.
