~ Back in Europe for our annual insane dining tour. This time instead of hopscotching the continent, we’ll be scooting around Spain which (along with France and Japan) has the greatest collection of the top restaurants in the world.
Over the next nine days, we’ll be eating 23 Michelin stars in eight different cities. DM me if you’re around. The first three Cavas or Sangrias are on me!
As usual I’ve packed my fat pants for the flight home.

Last night’s dinner was at Madrid’s only 3-Michelin star restaurant: DiverXO. 35 cooks for 43 diners. And helmed by the rebel rock star of the culinary world: David Munoz.
I’ve attached some highlights from his 23-course Flying Pigs menu, including the first of the five desserts - one you had to pick up by the cheeks of the bowl and almost French-kiss to eat. If that bowl would have signed a pre-nup last night, I might have married it.
