1. Boil the water.
2. Pour it into the cup with previously prepared tea bag.

4. Forget you made it🍵
@aga_on_the_run cracked me up with this one couple of weeks ago, so I had to share 😂
Now that we're all in a good mood – welcome to an autumn city scape, which I haven't shared in a while. Actually, autumn is nearly over, and soon winter will come! ☁
That's a great opportunity to share 2 fun winter facts. The first, is that a bumblebee performs warm-up exercises in the winter before taking flight. Studies have shown that if air temp is 6°C (42°F) then a 15m workout is needed to reach a temp in which it can fly. The 2nd fun fact is that there's a town in Norway called Hell, and it freezes over almost every winter ❄
Hope you had a smile today! To continue the good mood, here's a fun question: what's your nickname? Or, If you could choose yourself a new nickname or a name, what would it be? 😃
By no means is the ocean water necessarily warm in northern New Zealand. But having grown up in Washington it sure does feel pretty good to put your feet in the waves and not get hyperthermia in 5 seconds. 😜

We're back from a lovely trip to Georgia (the country, not the U.S. state) filled with incredible food, some much needed sunlight, and a bit too much chacha (the drink, not the dance). If it isn't already, this beautiful place should definitely be on your travel bucket list. We can't wait to go back.
I’m celebrating 300 posts on this fine platform! 🎉⠀
This may not seem like a lot to some people... If I did one a day this wouldn’t even be a year’s worth. But I’m super proud that I’ve managed to curate 300 photos that I’m proud of and that represent the journeys I take. That’s journeys both literal and metaphorical!⠀
Every milestone, big or small, is something to be celebrated in all aspects of life in my opinion, don’t you agree? 🎉 So here’s to the next 300!
The weather in London is quite unpredictable 😋 It'll start raining heavily 🌧 stay like that for 30 minutes, and then the sun will come out! 🌞 Don't let the rain stop you from going out 🚶🏻♀️ Also its better to have a raincoat than an umbrella-ella-ella as your hands stay free ☔
A business trip brought me through Istanbul, Turkey this week. Huge city of over 15 million and at nearly 2,700 years old it has tons of awesome history. Formerly Constantinople, it was Christian for over 2000 years then under the Ottomans it became Islamic for 500+ years. The Hagia Sophia embodies this change, starting as a Christian cathedral in 536AD then becoming a mosque in 1453 - one corner has symbols of Mohammed and Allah, with the Virgin Mary and Jesus between them. Doubt you will see that ANYWHERE else in the world...unfortunately.
Also saw the old water Cistern and 6 minaret studded Sultanahmet/ Blue Mosque before ending the day by getting lost in the Grand Bazaar, a massive 300,000 sq ft covered street market with 4000+ shops.
Wish I’d more time here. There is so much more. Next time.... #turkey 🍗 #istanbul#constantinople#hagiasophia#sultanahmet#bluemosque#grandbazaar#bascilicacistern #seeingtheworld#livingabroad 🇨🇭
Kayak For One?
This is Martivlili canyon. And this is your host, Anam, who will take you today inside the little known, mossy canyons, one hour west of the Kutaisi, the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Colchis..... but uh oh, where's my crew? 🤦🏽♀️
LOL. 🤣 No seriously, I truly had a little BBC Travel Doc moment when I was sailing solo (with the kayak driver ofc) in the dark twists & turns into this tiny canyon.
Martivili canyon may not come up to your pre-set mental image of a mighty canyon, but this site in the middle of a highway, is quite a geographical wonder.
I will show you more from this place in the stories today & also you can swipe here to see more. And if you want to visit here, make sure you have the whole day, because there are several natural sites in this area, including Prometheus caves. ✌🏽
