DAY 4: 90 DAYS TO LAUNCH A NEW BUSINESS: 12 Followers
Follow along to watch me post daily what I’m doing to take a business from nothing to launching a new product.
At the start of my journey, I had no followers, no traffic, no email list, no products, no revenue.
In 2020 I intend to grow this business to six figures.
I’ve done it before and I believe I can do it again.
I’m going to be sharing the tasks that I’m doing each day to get there to give you an idea of what it takes to get a business off the ground and making money.
DAY 4: Set 10,3,2 and 1 year goals and map out value ladder for years 1,2 and 3
I love the concept of 90 day goals for specific tasks, but I also think it’s really good to set some big picture goals so you can create a vision of how you see your company growing in the future.
It gives you more confidence if you have a bigger goal for the future as you are more likely to step into that role and create success now.
My 10 year goal is 10 million in revenue.
My 3 year goal is 1 million.
My 2 year goal is $500K
My 1 year goal is $100K
I am not attached in any way to these goals because I am having fun and love my life how it is now. I know that achieving these goals won’t bring me much additional happiness, but I find the process of working towards something a lot of fun.
If you don’t have a growth goal, you stay stuck.
The value ladder is my range of product offerings.
I aim to have a signature course created in 3 years time, but leading up to that I am going to release each module as it’s own separate course, a membership and some other products, maybe some coaching programs. I also plan to have a book and another bundle of products for sale during this time.
What are your goals? I would love to hear them?
What is your value ladder? I love to see what the range of offers are in other people’s businesses.
Do you want to be the victim of your life story or the hero? .
Frederick Douglass was born into slavery. Franklin Roosevelt was paralyzed from the waist down by polio. Victor Frankl was imprisoned in a concentration camp. .
Terrible things happen to great people, but great people choose not to be defeated. They choose responses that help them grow. They choose responses that empower them to not just survive but make lasting changes in the world around them. .
We don’t choose what happens to us, we choose how we respond. What will you choose? .
In Stress, an Enneagram Two will make the move to the average to unhealthy side of 8. This often happens when a two is lacking the affirmation that they need and they can become resentful and sometimes aggressive.
Do you live in the present, past or future?🤔 Being present all the time takes practice. I was always thinking and dreaming about my future, how exciting it is gonna be when I achieve these goals and go there and meet these people and so on and so on... When you don’t live in present moment you don’t appreciate the things and the relationships you have.
Only recently I started to take a control of my thoughts.
I said to myself that I will be feeling happy every single day no matter what.
So after some meditation practices I started to be more present. I started to see the usual things differently and be grateful for everything I have now, in present.
I started to listen to my body and my intuition allowing to lead myself and be in a flow. I feel happier just because I started to absorb my emotions I have every second and if I find myself feeling not so great I shift my focus immediately to the things that bring me joy and happiness.
I became observer of my thoughts. 🔥It is time to wake up! Today can be the best day in your life, you just have to make it happen.
Don’t wait until tomorrow, do whatever you want to do, spend your time with the people you want to spend, just do what makes you happy Today! Don’t wait for a perfect moment, it doesn’t exist!
When you feel happy and fulfilled you will attract more joy and happiness in your life, it is a law of attraction! The universe will deliver more to you of what you think and how you feel. #liveinthemoment#bepresent#bepresentinthemoment#thoughts#mindfulliving#mindfulliving#enjoythelittlethings#selfdevelopment#laptoplifestyle#bossgirls#bossbabe#yogagirl#livingmybestlife#gratefulforlife

I prefer the saying ‘It’s not what you know, it’s who knows you.’ Surrounding yourself with those who can help you in future is an important step to achieving success.
It’s not just a one way thing either, you help each other expand your businesses, attack challenges together (personal or business related). Imagine being in the same circle of friends as Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk. Do you think they surround themselves with highly productive intelligent people or lazy people. I’m guessing it’s the first!
Take yourself out your comfort zone, go to business expo’s and events and meet some new people in your field!

Most people don't read. Most people won't read a book after college. But people like Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Abe Lincoln,
Jane Austin, Einstein, and Jeff Bezos are all avid readers. Reading gets us to learn, to challenge our perspectives, it opens the creativity hotspots in the brain, it's relaxing and depressing. I didn't start reading until about 5 years who and since I've read over 100 books. Who's in your book stack?

So, finished work early due to my boy being poorly - so currently sat cuddling him. Hate him being poorly as i feel helpless! However Xmas movies should help!
No big plans this weekend - need to wrap gifts I think and get a bit organised! 👍 what’s your weekend look like?
Discipline: the practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behavior, using punishment to correct disobedience. Motivation is great, when we’re feeling good or ambitious. But what happens when life happens and old thought patterns knock at your door. When you find yourselves naked without the motivation to push through. You crack open the discipline that got you this far. You totally ignore your current reality to grab ahold of the REAL YOU!!! There’s no one to hold accountable but YOU! Because you can’t cheat the grind. It knows how much you have invested and won’t give you anything you haven’t worked for! Get up and MOVE!!! 👊🏽 #singlifetv#inspiration#motivation#namaste#fitness#wellness#selflove#selfdevelopment#dreams#consciousness#goals#myturn#newyou#singer#songwriter#influencer#nashville 🧘🏽♀️🎶♥️🌎📺⭐️

Some years back I discovered the process of personal growth very intriguing!
Since then I have taken my life as a project which is always work in progress. I strongly beleive one should constantly work on themselves for roles performed in life! However this process is very enriching but one can find themselves in a rut easily!
For all the personal growth enthusiasts or people who want to make their life a mastery I have created a closed Facebook group where we will be sharing this process together!
I will be sharing my routine, hacks and some tips I follow for self development!
Show up and you’ve won half the battle...my growth theme this week! .
Let me tell you about my week - please let me know if you’ve been here too!! Look at this face. If you can’t tell it says - I want to be on my couch reading a book. But here I am going to socialize. Again this week. As a person who tends toward introversion I am SUPER good with working from home and I selectively socialize - often via social media and virtual sessions and with a small group of people I know fill my cup. It helps manage my energy 👌🏼 There are times when it benefits me (and my goals!) to leave my comfort zones and go ‘do the things’ and this week was full of those social commitments that I had thoughtfully accepted. Sigh. I’m working toward - sometimes it’s good to listen to myself and trust my instincts. AND - sometimes my instincts are actually neuroses and mild dysfunction and I need to engage my logic and override that voice. Push myself out of where I instinctually want to be (reminder: that’s the couch) otherwise I’m not going to be living my fullest life. Anyone else working on this?? So my mantra this week was - just show up. Show up to personal training. Show up to your badass women in tech conference. Show up to the holiday party with your friends! Because you’ll feel lit up when you get there (and I did, every time). And then go home and pull back into your rich inner world with new inputs. Honor your nature - but also push yourself. Balance. It’s a work in progress ❤️💪🏼

💫The p e o p l e around us are simply triggering things that live inside of us, so instead of getting caught up in the distraction and focusing “out there”, focus inside of yourself. . . . 📷: Unknown

✏️While we’re over here breaking cycles, healing trauma + becoming our authentic selves [need this on a tee], an experience many of us [if not all] have had on this journey, are slips into old patterns + familiar ways of thinking
✏️As human beings, we’re wired to take the path of least resistance- which is why changing patterns, no matter what pattern it is, challenges us to the core. Creating new neural pathways is difficult, confusing + an energy exchange. So we’ll slip. Part of the healing is not berating ourselves when we stumble, but catching + caring for ourselves after the fall
✏️Looking above, we can see just some questions that can help us navigate moments when our codependency patterning becomes triggered. Giving ourselves time to pause + consider enables us to acknowledge our old patterns, realign + continue forward in a way we wish to
💡What do you remind yourself of when your codependency pattern is triggered?
