Woke up this morning and I was like, let's do this!! .
I was even gonna workout, hence my wearing of the workout clothes...but then I remembered today is a rest day. 😅 .
I honestly can't believe I'm up rn, still...since like...0530 this morning haha but, I'm glad I am bc it honestly feels great. .
I haven't felt this good in a while. And frankly I'm super surprised at the amount of energy I have this morning....
I've been stuck in a funk for a long time and my priorities were all over the place...now? Well, let's just say I'm turning over a new leaf. .
Idk how some of you can allow yourself to be so unhappy all the time. I spent a lot of my childhood unhappy and so I vowed that I would never do that to myself growing up...then there I was. Wollowing in this existence that I had wanted for so long. Taking for granted everything that had been given to me....
Here lately tho, i can honestly say i am finally on a better track to being the person i truly am. And thats all thanks to coaching. .
When i was presented with this opportunity, i literally laughed and thought to myself "no way!"
But here i am, 7 months later and i cant even believe i thought that! Obviously I am no where near where I want to be (health, fitness, and financial wise), but little things matter and they compound over time!! And that applies to every micro thing in our life!! .
I mean, you're probably laughing rn too! Thinking this could never be for you. Well, that's fine, I don't expect you to understand rn. Coaching is going to be a saving grace for my family in the long run, and that's my goal. The best part about it, the main focus is YOU. You cant help others if you cant help yourself. And that's what it has done for me. .
I woke up one day and hated the direction I was going. Mentally. I was upset over nothing. It was all in my head and I was getting in my own way. This coaching thing helps different people in different ways, but you'll never know how until you try it for yourself. .
➡️ Everyones path is different. ➡️ Everyones story is different. ➡️ Everyone has to start somewhere. .

MY routine has definitely put a spin on things lately. No work, no gym, no solid meal plan, busier than ever with homeschooling and family life. Yesterday was my first official day being laid off, not really sure how this will all play out. I am trying to see all the positive in this and not stress about needing money. What I must say is that I really enjoy spending time with all 4 of my kids at home. Blessed! Homeschooling isn't really my strong suit though, I feel like I have been failing the past 3-4 weeks with trying to fit it all in with work. Yesterday, we had a really good schedule, flow and routine, so things are looking good. .
As for working out at home it is almost impossible. Anytime I even try to go to the laundry room "aka" workout space my boys both follow. 😫 So running to the park may be what saves me at this point. Self distancing is easy, no one has been going to our park. So that is a plus. The weather is getting gorgeous and I don't mind being outside. Stress relief at it's finest. Consistency IS KEY. YOU don't have to be extreme just stay consistent. Happy Tuesday, Friends. .

Oczywiście z tymi, z którymi jesteśmy w naszej przestrzeni lockdown, jednocześnie pogodzeni, że te Święta Wielkanocne i biesiadowanie będą jak wszystko - inne… 👉KONDYCJA PSYCHICZNA – mogą być lepsze i gorsze dni… jednak niepoddawać się panice, lękom ograniczając np. do 30 minut dziennie śledzenie negatywnych komunikatów 📢

Sometimes it might seem tiring to face the same space every day for your whole day and maybe even overwhelming, but we should find the positivity and the energy to make our day a little bit better than the others.
What are you thankful for? Sometimes it just doesn't matter if the glass is half empty or half full. Just be thankful that you have a glass and grateful that there's something in it. It's about perspective, the thoughts you have and what you focus on. To be grateful can be difficult when things seem not worth giving thanks for. Try it anyway. Try to see the situation from a different perspective and take control of your thoughts. Allow yourself to be in the difficult situation and be grateful inside yourself. Grateful for what? Grateful for the lessons. Grateful for the growth and expansion you are in the middle of. Grateful for all you have. Grateful for your ability to turn things around. Grateful for the opportunity to improve. When a negative thought enters your mind, immediately replace it with something you are grateful for (friends, family, a roof over your head, love in your life, food on the table, the air that you breathe, etc..). Just as with learning anything new, it will require watchfulness and practice until a new behavior pattern is learned. Being mindful of changing your thoughts will eventually create an automatic response process with little effort, thus allowing more room for joy in your life. As soon as you start to feel differently about what you already have, you will start to attract more of the good things, more of the things you can be grateful for. If we could all just focus in on "what we have" as opposed to "what we do not" and realize who we have become along the way, through all of life's lessons - we would all be happier, more confident people! There is beauty in the moment if you are willing to see it. Open your eyes to the here and now. Make the most of today. Make today great!

I have been studying, training, doing cardio, working on my business and producing content every day and realized how anxious I have gotten last night. Some nights I can not fall asleep because I think so much.
What helps me? Traveling!!!! 🗺 Now with this Coronavirus I can not travel... But... I can travel the mountains, the lakes and nature around me. So I will do that, as much as I need it.
Ich habe jeden Tag studiert, trainiert, Cardio gemacht, an meinem Geschäft gearbeitet und Inhalte produziert und festgestellt, wie "anxious" ich letzte Nacht war. An manchen Nächten kann ich nicht einschlafen, weil ich so viel denke.
Was hilft mir? Reisen !!!! 🗺 Jetzt kann ich mit diesem Coronavirus nicht reisen ... Aber ... ich kann die Berge, die Seen und die Natur um mich herum bereisen. Also werde ich das tun, so viel ich brauche.

We are all waking up every single morning stepping into the day with complete uncertainty.
These times of self isolation while watching our beloved fellow human beings putting it all on the front lines for us, are forcing us to become aware of the small actions we can take every single minute that are important and make life worth living.
So in these remarkably difficult times try to pause more often, take a few deep breaths to stay grounded in the now, practice being more patient than you ever thought possible, and be kind to everyone in your circle, then offer your loving kindness outwards to the world.
We will get through this.
For now find comfort in that we’re looking up at the same sun, moon, and stars.☀️🌛⭐️

For some people when a friendship ends it feels like a betrayal and they have to validate themselves and the breakup so all the secrets come out, so the pain is lessened, and somehow there’s a feeling of “saving face.” This is never helpful and will always cause the breakup to be worse and the suffering to be greater.
Don’t waste your precious energy trying to validate yourself by destroying your integrity.
You’re already whole, enough, and worthy.
Do the next best, right thing, process your feelings and move on. 👣

Although it may not be the best time to be breaking bread and having people over for dinner, it is a time to help out our brothers and sisters in need.
Whether that’s donating money and supplies or if it’s simply not taking more than you need next time you’re at the store so there’s enough for others to have, do your part to make this world a better and more thoughtful place. #5CoreLife
