It is generally recommended to keep a vegetarian diet, including cereals, fruit and vegetables, tofu, beans and legumes, grains, and dairy products such as yoghurt and milk. A Yogi should eat slowly and mindfully, keep a regular meal schedule, and feel grateful for every nourishing mouthful.
