Non-toxic + Mindful Living. What is the idea behind it? In the past 100 years, our world has undergone more changes than ever before. On the upside, we have technology that now solves sanitation problems and amazing surgical procedures that save lives. On the downside, our world has become more toxic: polluted air and water, depleted soils, fertilizers, pesticides, manufacturing chemicals use to make all sorts of products, food preservatives and additives, etc. These are affecting our own health, the health of our animals and the health of our Planet.
I personally feel a responsibility to lower the toxic levels in my life, and a strong commitment to every day, doing something to make my life more purposeful be more mindful. Being mindful applies to all aspects of our lives: our physical body, our thoughts, our emotions and our spirit. I love our Planet. I love Nature. I love our trees and our Oceans. I honor Mother Earth. She gave us LIFE. And I want to help make our world a cleaner, better, happier place for myself and for those I love.
So besides making a commitment to align my work and projects with these values, I also make constant effort to align my lifestyle with them. From the food I buy, to my choice in cleaning products, clothes, pharmaceuticals, and the food I feed Donut… everything has an impact. I love doing research and finding the Truth: what is healthy and clean? And what isn't? Does Nature provide us with something we can use instead of a chemical/toxic product? And I love sharing what i find with others.
Sometimes, we don’t think of something as “helping” the Planet. I am not only talking about lowering your plastic waste. Or volunteering to help the ones in need (although that helps). Simple things help. Meditating helps. Working on ourselves helps. Expressing our emotions consciously helps. It raises our Planet’s vibration. It raises our consciousness.
There are so many things we can do to make our lives non-toxic and mindful to help heal ourselves and the Planet, and every little bit counts! ❤️🌎

There’s nothing like seeing all those autumn colors just absolutely POP out of photos - one of the many reasons I don’t like to use heavy filters or presets. It’s important to me that my images remain true to real color and that they honestly represent the world around us because, damn - it sure is beautiful. 😍🍁 I’m headed off someplace warm today for some R&R with my besties and I can’t wait to brainstorm some new ideas for something I’m working on :) I hope everyone enjoys the nice weather here this weekend!☀️
