Spring is in the air! Very pretty and radiant embroidered Qipao in blue. With red trim and embroidery details on the collar and the bottom of the dress. The dress is fully lined- one piece only. Size s/m bust 34” waist 28” length 39”.
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to visit @gardensbythebay, here is what you’d be stepping into...pretty much a dream environment full of fresh flowers. Also getting the floral balls to loop took some time but luckily it’s air conditioned so I wasn’t dying of that Singapore heat when filming this.
Steve Jobs used the 30% rule to bring Apple to where it is today.
What is the 30% rule and how can you use it for yourself?
The 30% rule focuses on the 30% of things that
are your best of the best.
This means focusing your resources on the 30% of your best products, investments, ideas etc.
It will probably mean giving up things you're kind of interested in, or things you're kind of doing well.
It may mean turning down meetings.
Missing out on opportunities.
And making tough choices.
Because remember, no one can do it all.
Wagyu, Textures of Onion
I think wagyu is perfect in this size. For me anyway. More than about three bites and I'll likely find it too heavy going. This sexy one here was served with onion, manifested in several ways, each teasing out a different flavour note in the wagyu.
I haven't enjoyed wagyu this much in a long while.

Tbh I don’t really know how I feel about this Beef Rendang Tacos 🤔 On one hand I’m a sucker for anything rendang or tacos so this dish basically had me from the get go, and that’s not even considering how tasty the rendang itself is. (Can I also say I love the achar they serve on the side?) Yet on the other I wasn’t convinced by the watery curry, nor the abysmal amount of meat. The meat to fat ratio was, I ain’t kidding, 1:5. Or less. I barely had one mouthful with just meat; everything else was fat fat and fat. #CEBeatsChinatown

ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands beautifully fuses art and science to tell fascinating stories.
The museum is also home to the permanent exhibition, FUTURE WORLD: Where Art Meets Science. Visitors can immerse themselves in a dynamic 1,500-square-metre digital universe of interactive art installations revolving around the themes of Nature, Town, Park and Science.
Museum has eye -catching design.
Not only does the museum push boundaries with its retinue of world-class exhibitions, its design architecture is equally as iconic. The museum’s structure is meant to symbolise the welcoming hand of Singapore with ten fingers. The tip of each “finger” filters in natural light to showcase exhibits in the best light. I loved capturing the random moment when they were cleaning those windows. Swipe to see more.

Yam Ring 😍 + Fish 😊: The yam ring is by far the nicest I've had! Soft on the inside and flavourful. The fish is not bad too with a very nice soup tt comes with it. The soup is a little bit like tom yum flavour, sourish and spicy 😋
Other dishes ordered were repeats from nice items I had on the prev visit.
[Golden Duck] - The new Salted Egg Yolk Potato Ridges. This is pretty good. The grooves of each potato slice, allows to hold more of the salted egg yolk mix, filling each bite with so much flavour and richness.
Do you know that there are 175 figures in this red sculpture right in the middle of the Singapore’s CBD?
Do you know that it’s called Momentum, and it is by David Gerstein, a well-known Israeli artist?
I didn’t! Until I made an effort to find out about it! Do you see interesting sculptures and buildings around you that you may just ignore? But you see tourists taking photos of them, while you’re going through the daily grind? Look around, and appreciate all the things around you!

Introduced by my friend years back, this new scissors cut curry rice at Geylang with pretty decent curry rice where they drenched your rice generously with braised gravy and curry! My order of prawn fritters, braised pork belly and fried omelette with bitter gourd (generous portions) plus a soup of the day; all these for $7.40. I realised that the two pieces of shrimps cost $2.50 which probably isn’t so worth it. I’ll order something else instead as the shrimps are petty small just coated with a lot of flour.
I really missed these prawn fritters, a regular feature at family gathering at my grandma place. But of course now that she is 90 years old, she ain’t cooking for years. But grandma flavours still stuck and sometime I just have a strong yearning to have some of these favourites, ngoh hiang is another item I miss daily. Food evokes emotions!

Exploring Singapore Street Art... of course i choose the most colourful one! 🌈 which is one of my favourite street art pieces in Singapore.
This one called “Batik” by Slacsatu. Painted in 2012, inspired by an Indonesian method of dyeing textiles with colourful dyes and wax.
Which are your favourite Singapore street art or murals or graffiti?
Behind this wall there is their courtyard lined with walls shown many fresh works. Sometimes they hold events, other times they just paint for fun. They also run the occasional graffiti battle here, so keep checking out their practice walls.
When we were taking this photo, the artists were working on the new graffiti.
Don’t you agree that the city and boring alleys look more lively with those vibrant grafitti painting?!
