If you were enjoying the Fit Fusion, the HIIT and Pilates classes can be done back to back (just skip the stretch at the end of HIIT). .
Some of you requested Instagram Live, I’m going to try to do both Facebook and Insta at the same time, but currently my laptop is not cooperating... so for now, all classes will be on Facebook only with the exception of the Wednesday classes. I will go Live on Instagram and share to Facebook after! .
Thanks again for tuning in everyone! Cheers to staying sane, fit, and healthy! 💪🙌
We were suppose to be here celebrating my bday ☹️💔. But it’s all good.. we always have so much to celebrate and so much to be thankful for.... so thank you Jesus for another year. Thank you for my family. Thank you for everything .. .

Diving in Sint Maarten last year. We are PADI certified, but decided to give SNUBA a try. It's a great option for beginners to see if you would like diving, or to see if you even can. Some people have sinus issues and have difficulties diving. It was a lot of fun, and was so much easier. We would recommend it and would probably try it again.
Thoughts on morning routines...
Before all this Covid craziness, I would snooze my alarm until the last second, roll out of bed, so a quick stretch, turn on the news, start getting ready and rush out the door to catch the train.
Nothing about it was soothing or uplifting or beneficial in any way.
Since being back home and self-isolating in Indy, I’ve relished being able to slow down. I’ve also incorporated some new practices that have really helped set a better tone for the rest of my day.
For me, that includes 5 minutes of meditation, putting on a pot of tea and doing a few minutes of gratitude journaling. Sounds simple enough, but it has been such a game changer!
If you’re wanting to add some different activities to your morning routine to help you ease into the day, here are a few to consider:
•listening to soothing music
•listening to uplifting podcasts
What’s your morning routine? What else would you add to this list?!
