Sleep is one of those things you think you can go without, until you realise how SHOCKING you feel when you don’t get enough 😴
Ideally, you will also achieve 7-9 hours quality sleep per night, so work out what time you need to get up and count backwards – that’s your new bed time. If you’re waking up to young babies/ children throughout the night then this might be a little outside of your control at the moment. Hence why taking time out for you is important, and perhaps that’s for a guilt free afternoon nap a couple of times a week. When you’re tired, your body will look to food for the same comfort and energy that only a good night sleep can provide.
Remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup. To be the best version of yourself for yourself, your family and work, yourself care must take priority. .
Put simply, quality rest and stress management are vital pieces of the weight management puzzle and overall wellbeing. .

I know some of you may move on and try other things, such is the nature of being a kid, and I encourage it. I just hope that if you take away nothing else, know that you got on stage and gave it your all. It takes courage to do that. I hope you all see that in yourselves.
To those coming back, I can't wait to see you in February.
