“Travel isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But that’s okay. The journey changes you; it should change you. It leaves marks on your memory, on your consciousness, on your heart, and on your body. You take something with you. Hopefully, you leave something good behind.” — 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐧

Meet the team ! ⛄
Here's Jamie who is our Concierge Manager in Sainte Foy. Jamie has been part of the team at Première Neige for over 3 years now, and is just beginning his 4th winter season with us. During the winter months, he heads up our Concierge team in resort. When he's not looking after our guests from behind the desk, he's most likely to be found endangering them at breakneck speed on a Yooner, Skis or Snowboard, and capturing the footage on his GoPro (when he actually remembers to pack the mount) 😎

River of Time
Back in the North of @thisisarcticcom. The river Tornio partly marks the border between Sweden and Finland. Lapland extends on both riversides though: @swedishlapland and @onlyinlapland in Finland. The Tornio is also a transition to another time zone (+1h), so crossing the river makes you subjectively one hour older.
This shot was captured close to the rapids of Kukkolaforsen, a famous spot for salmon fishing. The puzzle of ice floes attracted my view, adding some kind of timestamp - almost frozen but not entirely yet - to the shot. The sun was fighting the freezing fog - I think you can imagine that it was something between -20°C and -25°C out there again.
Wherever you are today I pray a blessing and comfort over your life. I've been through many hard roads myself and the scars have marked me. Without the Strength of Jesus I would not be able to continue on this difficult life journey. This snow is a reminder of Gods sovereignty and government over Nature and us as His people. We are blessed to experience the human senses of sight, smell, taste, and touch as we navigate through this wonderland. . . .
This time of year is always hectic, but no matter how hectic is gets I love spending it with this guy. Flashing back to a little over a week ago in Florida, we were at my cousins rehearsal dinner. Later that night she received a scrap book with messages from friends and family on well wishes and wedding advice the night before her big day. My advice was about putting each other first, and being intentional with your love and commitment to your partnership. In life we have unforeseen obstacles and challenges that come and go, our acceptance and love for each other is what strengthens our bond. .
If you are going through custody battles, dealing with a high conflict ex, feeling lost in your stepmom role...just remember working through these hardships as a team will make you stronger and better together in the end. .
