While we're self-isolating (well, you better be!) it can be hard to stay away from a fully stocked fridge. You might need to adjust your goals during this time period to be more realistic.

Morning of quarantine day #5 .
Went into all my DM requests and replied to all the messages that promise to make millions sitting on my up (fit and muscular) bum at home.
Asked them all sorts of personal questions. But I love these guys! they are so patient, they never take no for an answer and most importantly nothing is impossible for them. Here are the questions you should ask anyone online that wants to help you become a millionere in 14 days:
1. I know you like making lots of money, but do you like smooth or crunchy peanut butter?
2. My mom told me I am grounded, can I still make a million dollars in 2 weeks?
3. If I perform well, you will pay for my trip to London? Sure, when I am there I want to go on a romantic walk on the beach.
4. What kind of music do you like? I like gangster hip hop.
5. Did you ever burn cash to make a video for the Instagram story?
6. What is the most traumatic thing that happened to you in your childhood?
Almost feels like a different life when most of my time was spent in the gym.

Oh my God! The power of positive thinking is amazing, I think I live in a world of abundance and a place where I am God's/(or you may call it Universe's) favorite child.
Last week was stressful, I didn't know where to go next and what to do! To go back to Canada or Chna. There were so many horror stories about people coming back and doing very strict 14 days quarantine. After so much stress and headache I decided to fly to my home in Ch*na, since it's the safest place to be and because people are taking health very seriously, following every single rule in the book to prevent anything from spreading. Every single volunteer, medical professional, police, immigration was extremely helpful and respectful. I am in awe how this fiasco brought such a large country together, everyone is doing absolute best to ensure healthy future.

Huge thank you to the people who are with me on this journey. I face so many individuals on almost a daily basis who think they have the right to tell me what to eat and how to train or even throw comments at me like 'the scale doesn't matter'... These uneducated opinions I quietly put up with just makes me even more grateful for the knowledgeable people I choose to listen to. With their help I know I will get to where I need to be.
Just finished last of 8 very physically demanding 😵 upper body strength sessions 🏋️♀️ over 4 weeks with Garett Reid. My bodyweight is 72kg and start point was bench press 1 rep @ 50kg .
Loved every minute 🤩 After Garett's personalised plan, my last bench lift was a 55% improvement of 1 Rep @ 77.5kg!!! 💥🔥🏆🐐💪 I also have strict press 1RM of 60kg and the shoulder strength to be fully inverted and have fun on rings.
I accept 40% of the credit because I was determined and worked very hard. But my coach Garett is deserving of 60% of my achievement ✅🏆 as there is no way I get to this place without his technical and mental guidance, inspiration, kindness and friendship. I will always remember how you helped change me for the better coach. 😍
Special note of thanks also to Marie Majki Dočkalová, just because she is the best coach on the planet and inspires me all the time!
