On our Section Hike, the four of us packed 25% of our body weight, 15 miles every day, for a total of over 24,000’. At the end of the day, which is jam packed full of breathtaking views AND breathtaking work 😂, our bodies are spent. Even Aura carries a pack (10-15% of her body weight). After we’ve made camp, eaten, cleaned our dish ware, and tended to our wounds, we head into our tents to sleep...sometimes when it is still light outside. Alright. Let's be real. I'm not a morning person. I'm not a night person either. I work night shift which isn't really the most versatile when it comes to what time I work out every day. I'm still trying to figure out what works best for me and my schedule. Today I got home around 6:45 a.m. and decided, why not work out now? I got it in, I got it done, I DEFINITELY needed a shower. Moral of the story, sometimes it takes trial and error to figure out what works best for you and your body. Will I work out again at 6:45 am? I might give it another shot. Squeeze it in whenever you have free time. When do you have 20 - 30 minutes free in your day? Could you cut back on screen time? How long is your current netflix episode? If you want the results you WILL find time or make time. .
Does anyone know of anything stronger than coffee AND legal? I think I could drink gallons of coffee, energy drinks, and diet soda and never be wired and never even raise my heart rate.
