1cup Urad Dal
1Cup grated Coconut
1tblspn mustard seeds
3-4Dried Red Chillies
Dry roast them and blend into fine paste by adding water.
Use Half masala for Dosa and Half for Sambhar preparation.
1.1cup Toor dal,wash it.Add few oil,Turmeric,Hing,Thick Cutted Potatoes.Give 3-4Wistles.
2.Now after Cooling by using wisk blend the Dal properly.
3.Now Add Oil in Kadhai to that add Mustard seeds,chopped Onions,Dried Red Chillies,Tomato Pury, Curry leaves.Allow it to fry Until oil Oozes out.
4.Add 2tblspn Red chilli powder,2Tblspn sambhar masala ,salt to taste.
5.Add Sufficient amount of water and allow it to boil Properly.
6.Now add Prepared Masala to Sambhar and cook it For 5min and Off the Flame.
1cup Grated Coconut
1/4 cup Chana Dal(soaked for 2-3hrs and Blended into fine paste)
1.Grind the Dal separately.
2.Other Than Dal grind all materials and prepare fine Chutney.
Add salt and sugar to it.
3.Give the final Tadka of Curry leaves,Musard and Cumin seeds.
1.Soak the Rice And Dal By washing Them Thoroughly with water. Soak them For Overnight.
2.Grind them To make Fine paste by adding water.
3.Allow it to ferment for 4-5hrs by keeping this to a Hot place.
4.Then after 4-5 hrs add salt to it.Prepare Dosa by spreading it on a pan Evenly.
5.After Spreading it immediately add on Upper side Prepared Masala potato filling ,allow it cook on low to medium Flame until it becomes Crispy.
6.Serve it with Coconut Chutney and Sambhar.
