Spent this rainy windy day 🌦🌬running in and out, in and out again trying to avoid the worst of the rain and cold and looking VERY miserable❄️. I’ve had pots and plants blowing all around and have been SO grateful I didn’t fight my greenhouse cover back on a few weeks ago🏡
I have no qualms with getting muddy and soaked, but it’s felt extra cold after such a long time gardening in T-shirt’s and dresses in the sunshine☀️ .

Another fabulous week with our Baby Sensory @ home classes! This ‘Spring Showers’ session was all about the weather - we learnt lots of weather related signs, explored inside a rain cloud, listened to thunder and created beautiful rainbows for our babies ☀️🌧🌈 .
Remember to join me tomorrow at 10am for a Facebook live as we sing and sign along to a Baby Sensory classic ‘The Sun is Bright’ 😊 Can’t want to see you then! ☀️☀️☀️
Nipped out for a mini stroll in between the ☔️ showers today and thought I’d take a snap of these dewy beauties.
I never thought I’d enjoy living where I do now, I always thought I wanted to be stuck in the midst of everything but actually, I quite like the peace and quiet. Especially when the wildlife and nature around these neck of the woods is so pretty🌷🐿🌿🌳 #flowers#flowersofinstagram#appreciation#nature#springshowers#empathy#naturelover
This poor little bee must've got hit hard by the rain as I found him floating upside down in the bird bath using a leaf as a life raft! 🐝 I fished him out and he's having a walk around now. Hope he recovers! 😞
The ladies were out freeranging when there was a sudden hail storm! Dolly and Loretta sheltered in a big bush while these three found their way to the cozy stoop. Came out of nowhere, stopped, and the sun immediately peeked out! If it weren’t for the ice rocks on the ground you’d never know anything had happened. Pretty sure the chickens think the ice are a type of new and exciting treat!☀️

Fostering independent play typically turns into me cramming my butt into a tiny toddler size chair and ‘fake eating’ slobbered on bread slices. “Play gives children a chance to practice what they are learning”-Mr. Rogers
