So delighted to experience The Vessel in Hudson Yards. I don’t care that others think it looks like a giant schwarma; I think it’s a brilliant piece of public art and the best way to trick people into doing stairs! I love the view from near the top, looking out at the city through The Vessel. It makes you feel so small but yet so godlike to exist on this piece of human engineering. Trick to getting into The Vessel is to get tickets hours in advance. It’s free. Come climb it! NYC, I miss you and all your artistic expressions. #thevessel#nyc#art#experiential#design

I love this artwork! One of the things I love most is that when people see it they often ask us if the wood pieces are off cuts from the renovation that we had framed! The answer is no, but how amazing would that have been to do! Perhaps I’ll just start saying yes as it makes a much more interesting back story 😂 Happy Thursday!
Which quote fits you? "I keep my own personality in a cupboard under the stairs at home so that no one else can see it or nick it." (Dawn French) - or -
“I used to cover my windows in heavy curtains, never drawn. Now I danced in the sunlight on my hardwood floors.” (Kimberly Novosel)
Both seem apropos for this wonderful little townhouse in Ashland that we just listed....stairs, lots of cupboards, open flooring and sunlight streaming in. Head to our website to read some details or give a call for a showing!
