On Sat 2 November for the ultimate morning workout and recharge.
Take an F45 Hollywood class at 9.15am with live DJ and then run with us to @hotpodyogacambs for a Nurturing Flow class.
What a way to start your weekend.
The run is approx 7km and will be accompanied by some of us from the studio. We will set a challenging but manageable pace.
We have very few places so please get in touch now if this is for you.

"Don't break a promise to yourself" my quote of the week.
I have identified that this is one of my biggest personal growth opportunities is to keep promises to myself...because let's be honest how can I expect other people to keep their promises to me if I can't do it for mysellf (whoa that hits home)

👀sneak peak👀 “The Flameless Collection” coming soon
Starting the day off right is important. My mind needed some love. We are about to get the day started. And yes... starting with🌮 tacos of course. What are yooouuuu doing to start your day off with a bit of loveliness?!
Some pics from yesterdays PT and Monday night drop in.
This was @seonb very last session with me. She takes on Everest Base Camp in just over a weeks time, she came to me to help build her strength and extra fitness for this which she has done and more. She has been an awesome client and I know she will smash this climb 💪. Julia attends a few of the drop ins per week and also comes to me regularly for a little extra help with strength training and always gives it 100%. @amandacarrie brought her boss along with her to try it out. Amanda has trained with me for quite a few months now and has went from not doing much exercise at all to now being extremely fit and strong.
More weight training for Demi too, going heavier on the shoulders, her first attempt at deadlifts (no pics of this though) as well as a lot of core work. Always pushes herself to achieve more every week.
Laura does a 30min session with me every Monday which is normally boxing and a cardio based circuit but again we mixed it up and the weights were out for an upper and lower body session.
And Melissa brought her friend Anita along last night. A little bit of cardio thrown in but then a good upper/lower body split with weights and bodyweight training which both nailed.

When I first quit drinking, one of my biggest concerns was how I’d celebrate the good moments in life without alcohol.
I wondered: how would I mark special occasions? Or big accomplishments? My birthday? Anniversaries? Or the end of a tough week?
We’re so conditioned to use alcohol to celebrate stuff like this, it can feel hard to imagine doing it any other way.

The seasons are changing and that back-to-school feeling is in the air… If you’ve been drinking more than you planned to over the past few months, now is as good a time as any to turn over a new leaf and get back on track!
I think Sober September is a great idea. However, successful sobriety isn’t just about ditching booze and hoping for the best - there’s a bit more to it than that. So my blog today has some key tips in it for those of you looking to keep things alcohol free this month.

You can absolutely quit without labelling yourself. You don’t need to identify as an alcoholic or wait until your drinking is ‘bad enough’ before you change. You can decide the status quo isn’t good enough whenever you want.
